Evgeny Martynov
Yevgeny Martynov is a famous Soviet pop singer and composer. The velvet timbre of the musician's voice is still remembered by the middle generation of Soviet people. The songs "A Mother's Eyes" and "Apple Trees in Bloom" by Yevgeny Martynov were sung by everyone who had ever heard these songs. Melodious, kind and pure, these compositions gave bright joy and a desire to live in harmony with oneself and the world.
Evgeny Grigoryevich Martynov was born in the post-war 1948. And the fact that the future musician was born in May, when the "apple trees were in bloom" and the nightingales sang with might and main, is very consistent with the image and work of this wonderful person.
The family of the future singer and composer Yevgeny Martynov was severely burned by the war. My father came from the front disabled, my mother also drank the sorrows of the war - she worked as a front-line nurse. But most importantly, both survived. After the war, they gave birth to two children: first, Eugene, and after 9 years, Yuri.
At first, the family lived in the town of Kamyshin, Volgograd region, but after the birth of their first child, they moved to the Donbass, to the city of Artemovsk. This is the birthplace of the head of the family, Grigory Martynov.
Eugene was drawn to music early. Songs always sounded in the house of the musician's parents. Dad played the button accordion and accordion. In addition, Grigory Martynov worked as a singing teacher and led an amateur circle. The boy went with his father to holidays and matinees - he loved music so much. But the child was also occupied with other creative hobbies: Eugene loved to memorize and quote the monologues he heard in films, drew talentedly, was carried away by tricks that he showed with pleasure at school events.
As a result, music gradually replaced other hobbies, the boy also received a musical education: in Artemovsk, Evgeny graduated from the Pyotr Tchaikovsky College and learned to play the clarinet. Parents did not force Eugene to study music. The boy himself went to music school with pleasure, despite the fact that because of the two schools, the child did not have enough time to really take a walk and play. Teachers at the music school spoke of the student with warmth, one teacher even stated: “I would like more such students, and not those who make music under duress ...”
In 1967, Yevgeny Martynov went to Kyiv and entered the Conservatory named after. But soon the future composer moved closer to home: to the Donetsk Pedagogical Institute (today the Conservatory named after) to the conductor and wind department. Martynov left the walls of the university, having received a diploma of higher education, ahead of schedule.
Passion for composing music woke up in a young man at the university. During his studies, Yevgeny Martynov already wrote his own romances for clarinet and piano, a scherzo for clarinet and piano, and a prelude for piano.
After graduation, the young man immediately began working by profession - he led the variety orchestra of the Donetsk All-Union Research Institute of Explosive Equipment.
