When the road is completed. Completely about bitterness (do not read for cores)
In New Moscow, work continues on the reconstruction of the Kaluga highway - the main highway in the annexed territories. All work at the facility is carried out by the ARKS group of companies. The builders are gradually turning "Kaluzhka" into a safe, comfortable and convenient road. Dni.Ru decided to find out how the work is progressing at the moment.
New Moscow will be seven years old this year. The annexed territories are actively developing: housing and social infrastructure are being built, and major transport projects are being implemented.
One of them is the reconstruction of the Kaluga highway. The four-lane road no longer corresponded to its new status as the main thoroughfare of New Moscow. And taking into account the fact that soon the population in the annexed territories will grow to 1.5 million people, the modernization and renewal of Kaluzhka has become an extremely urgent issue.
"The capacity of the Kaluga highway after the reconstruction should increase by 2.5 times, which will successfully cope with the ever-increasing traffic flows," the ARKS Group noted. First of all, the reconstruction of the highway is designed to create all the necessary conditions for buses and trolleybuses. Especially for public transport, additional lanes were erected in each direction.
In addition, conditions for motorists are improving. As noted in the Center for Traffic Management in Moscow, the speed on the renovated highway will increase by 20%. For example, now about 35,000 cars a day pass from the section from the village of Sosenki to the village of Minzag. After the completion of the reconstruction of the Kaluga highway, this figure will increase by at least 12 thousand.
An equally important task is the formation of transport links between the quarters adjacent to the highway, the ARKS Group noted. "For this, alternate roads are being built along the main passage. They allow to significantly relieve the highway, because residents of nearby microdistricts do not need to go to the main highway, drive several kilometers, and then turn back onto the intra-block passage," the company said.
The first stage of work on the highway was completed in May last year. The builders reconstructed the main course of the highway from the Moscow ring road to the village of Sosenki. About 26 kilometers of roads were built and modernized, including eight of them - the main highway of "Kaluzhka", as well as 4.5 kilometers of exits of interchanges, 12 kilometers of side roads.
Four transport tunnels with a total length of more than 2.5 kilometers, three bridges across the Sosenka River and the same number of overpasses appeared on the site. Pedestrians were not forgotten either: two elevated and five elevated crossings were built for their safety.
In December last year, as part of the second stage of the reconstruction of the highway, ARKS Group of Companies completed work on the section from the village of Miloradovo to the science city of Troitsk - a total of 14 kilometers. New overpasses, bridges and noise barriers have appeared here.
The first overpass is located at the intersection with the entrance to the Arkhangelskoye rest house, its length exceeds 32 meters. The second is a reversal, it is located near the bridge over the Desna River. The length of the flyover is 76.02 meters.
The builders erected the third overpass in the immediate vicinity of the rapidly developing area of Novye Vatutinki. Among the other two, it is the longest - more than 307 meters. Despite the fact that, according to the terms of the contract, the site was to be commissioned in 2018, the builders managed to complete it before the end of 2017.
Currently, work continues on the construction of the Vatutinki bypass. Thanks to the traffic lightless traffic along the main course and the exit from the old Kaluga highway to the new one, the traffic situation in this area will significantly improve. "At the initial and final sections of the bypass, two-level traffic interchanges will be built, the fourth and fifth overpasses will open. A bridge across the Pakhra River will also be built," the construction company noted.
Work continues to ensure safety and comfort for pedestrians, as well as peace and tranquility for residents of nearby houses. The site reconstruction project provides for the construction of three underground and eight overground passages, as well as 30 noise barriers. Their installation began just a few days ago.
"At the moment, concrete work has been fully completed, and we have begun glazing the facades of four elevated pedestrian crossings across the Kaluga highway in the area of the village of Knyazevo, the village of Desna, ST Rakitki and in the area of \u200b\u200bthe 34th kilometer of the highway," said the press secretary of the ARKS Group of Companies Irina Vasilyeva.
Work on the installation of metal structures of elevated pedestrian crossings in the area of the village of Zarechny does not stop. Concrete work has been completed near the Desna River and the 36th kilometer, preparations are underway for the installation and glazing of facades. In addition, concrete work has been completed at all underground pedestrian crossings.
The complete reconstruction of the Kaluga highway should be completed in October 2018. Residents of New Moscow will receive a first-class highway that fully complies with modern safety standards. As Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin noted, thanks to the renovated Kaluzhka, New Moscow is becoming an integral part of the capital.
The ARKS group of companies is one of the leaders in the construction market of the Moscow region. Among the largest projects are the reconstruction of the Kashirskoye Highway, the transport interchange of the Moscow Ring Road with the Veshnyaki-Lyubertsy highway, the reconstruction of the Dmitrovskoye Highway, as well as a number of other major urban projects.
Optimization of public transport routes
Vodnik Igor
Pay attention to the inhabitants of Tolstopaltsevo and Izvarino, which was directly connected by a narrow broken but comfortable road through the Ulyanovsk forest park. Not only is the road terribly narrow, it is difficult for oncoming cars, people from the nearest areas rush along it to school, Kindergarten in Izvarino for which there is no footpath. So, on top of everything else, this road was dismantled and closed in connection with the laying of a gas pipeline in Tolstopaltsevo for half a year. Clean up the road, widen it, make it a pedestrian zone, start public transport. This road allows you to reduce a lot of time when the residents of Tolstopaltsevo leave for Borovskoye Highway and the village of Izvarino. Now for the residents of Tolstopaltsevo the only way out of the district is to make 5 km. detour after passing through Marushkino to Borovskoye highway.
New metro stations
Tyrin Pavel
The village of Tolstopaltsevo is not connected with the metro station! Rasskazovka is about to open, it will be the nearest station to our village, namely the village, not the village! We have very bad transport accessibility, bus 32 goes anyhow, and it goes slowly! Dear Sergei Semyonovich, are we, the inhabitants of Tolstopaltsevo worse? The village has been part of Moscow since 1984, but there is still no connection with the metro! I ask you to organize a route from the VILLAGE Tolstopaltsevo to the metro station Rasskazovka, which will open soon
Development of pedestrian infrastructure

What century do we live in? It is necessary to make asphalt pavement of roads, pedestrian roads and be sure to make pedestrian crossings so that both drivers and pedestrians can see them! Because we don't respect speed limits.
Pikalev Aleksey
Already many times appealed to the administration of the village. Vnukovo, and to the administration of Moscow regarding the asphalting of streets and the construction of a sidewalk in the village. Tolstopaltsevo. I'm ashamed to say that the village has been part of the capital since 1984, and the streets of the village have not yet seen asphalt! People living on the street Green lane and Field lane. forced to go out in spring and autumn in rubber boots in order to get to work without soiling their clothes! It is not possible to get to the bus stop at Sovetskaya st. 41 - there is no sidewalk. The roadside in autumn and spring turns into a mess of clay, in winter it is covered knee-deep with snow, which is cleared by machinery from the roadway. Schoolchildren go from the stop to the house right along the road with cars! Trucks drive in a continuous stream to the Gagarin Association on Sovetskaya 1 along Sovetskaya Street, and almost no one observes the speed limit. Go and 80 and 100 km / h. Scary for the kids! Are our leaders so indifferent? Is it really necessary to wait for something irreparable for something to change in this matter? Where is the district administration looking? Please take action, please!
Kovrigin Grigory
It is vital to lay 5 meters of sidewalk across the lawn and the road connecting the sidewalk along the street. 1st Reisovaya and st. Rasskazovskaya d.18-d2. Also, the installation of "pedestrian crossing" signs with appropriate markings. In summer, in dry weather, residents of Rasskazovskaya street d2-d18 cross the road through the lawn, but in cloudy weather and in winter they have to go along the dangerous section of the road (turning downhill) along the road for about 50 meters, to the nearest possible entrance to the sidewalk. This problem 10 years as ignored by the administration of Vnukovo, the residents of this site collected signatures and made a request, but the administration responded with a letter about the lack of funding. I really hope for the support of the Moscow City Administration
Separate waste collection points

Good afternoon! In the village of Tolstopaltsevo, there is simply no centralized collection and disposal of garbage! Our green area is turning into a dump. Please solve our problem!
Construction of sports complexes
Dotsenko Tatiana
I propose to build and open a sports school in Vnukovo with many sections for our children, especially adolescents. So that our children can attend them in their own area, and not travel far. Open good school in football, I hope that many children will train with pleasure.
Bolshakov Daniil
Hello, back in 2015 they promised to build a recreational complex on Izvarinskaya vl. 2, but nothing happened for three years. Time to build it, thanks.
Playgrounds
Drigula Tatiana
Listopadnaya street. A few years ago, house number 7 was demolished, but no actions were taken to improve this territory, as a result, this territory turned into a public toilet and garbage dump. My proposal is to make a playground there, since children live in the area of Listopadnaya and 3rd regular streets and the nearest playground is not so close to the house.
Kartavtseva Lilia
The slogan "The best for children" does not apply to playgrounds md. Solntsevo Park of the Vnukovo settlement. The area near houses 27,29,31 on Petlyakova Aviaconstructor Street has a miserable semblance of a place for children's games. A tiny area near the eternal construction site is equipped with cheap structures. The swing is dangerously close to the sandbox. Repeated appeals to the management company have not yielded results.

I propose to add public route to the future station Rasskazovka. I live in the area not for a long time and have to get to work in Kuntsevo metro Molodezhnaya. Now you can get there with a transfer to minibus 554 and it is always crowded in the morning.
Kozmina Irina
Please add new bus along the route Tolstopaltsevo-railway station Tolstopaltsevo-metro story-metro Peredelkino and back. It is very difficult to leave the village on your own and even with children. At the moment, there is one bus 32 with a stop in Vnukovo, which is very long and the bus does not run regularly. Thank you.
Timoshenkov Andrey
Dear Sergey Semenovich!!! We address you as the last resort.1. I have lived in the Vnukov area all my life. My relatives live in the village of Kokoshkino (they work at Vnukovo airport), in this regard, I want to ask why the route of bus No. 878 was extended to the Tyoply Stan metro station ??? Absolutely not a logical decision, because. we have a lot of buses that go to the subway Rasskazovka and Salaryevo. Please return as it was before 3 microdistrict. Moscow. Due to the lengthening of the route, the interval of movement has increased. The traffic schedule is practically not observed, but in order to get me to Kokoshkino or my relatives to work in Vnukovo, there is no direct alternative except for this bus, while in recent times I noticed that instead of normal buses, fixed-route taxis began to run blue color with a capacity of 16-20 passengers. You canceled bus number 964 from October 6, so make a new route from the Kokoshkino platform to Vnukovo Airport and everyone will be happy, because at Vnukovo airport we work a large number of people living both in Kokoshkino and in Marushkino and in other nearby cities to Kokoshkino.2. Bus number 272 was originally launched in 2001 so that the residents of Vnukovo and Izvarino had access to the metro. I ask you to make a stop on this route at the "ATS" at least in the morning and in the evening, when people go to work. This stop is needed by almost everyone who works at the cargo terminal. An appeal on this issue on the Mosgortans website remained unanswered.3. I think the bus route number 526 is too long and, again, not logical. The journey from Vnukov airport through Troitsk along the Kaluga highway to the Tyoply Stan metro station takes almost 2 hours. The bus runs once an hour, while again the timetable is practically not respected. I propose to cut the route at least to Troitsk, tk. for residents of Vnukovo, it is closer to get to the aforementioned metro stations than to "cut" about 2 hours to Tyoply Stan. After all, there are certainly shuttle buses from Troitsk to Teply Stan. Maybe after that I will walk more often and fit into the schedule. Sincerely, Andrey Timoshenkov
Tyrina Olga
If you increase the number of transport to the village of Tolstopaltsevo, then residents will be able to freely get to work and educational institutions
Serova Evgenia
Today the metro station "Rasskazovka" is the nearest metro station for residents of the "Poselok Vnukovo" district of Moscow, but it remains inaccessible to them. The only transport that connects the village of "Vnukovo" and the new station is bus number 32. , which runs quite infrequently and on schedule. For many residents of the area, the distance from home to the nearest bus stop 32 is at least 2 kilometers, which is a very long distance for older residents and children. Therefore, I consider it necessary to launch a new bus route, which should pass through the Vnukovo Village from the stop "Ulitsa Nasosnaya-terminal" to the metro station "Rasskazovka"
Kef Alexander
The village of Tolstopaltsevo is the village, and not the village of Tolstopaltsevo, is deprived of public transport, there are no direct flights to the metro, you have to go two stops on the 32 bus that runs every 15 minutes to take a direct flight to the metro, which goes to Kakoshkino, although the village of Tolstopaltsevo has been part of Moscow for more than 30 years, and Kokoshkino for a couple of years, than we are worse, Sergey Semenovich, make us direct flights to the metro and the intensity of buses at least during rush hours
Kurgan Lyudmila
I describe in detail: Routes 950 and 964 (which we really need) do not enter the village of Tolstopaltsevo! They pass by. You can walk to the nearest stop in 20 minutes, on a road without a sidewalk ... this is an adult and healthy person. Please, on behalf of all working residents of the Tolstopaltsevo village, I beg you to influence! Let route 950 enter the village! at least once from Moscow. This will reduce the time for transfers, because even those who were lucky enough to work in Peredelkino, Solntsevo get more than an hour. You have to wait until 32 to get on the road, where there are any routes. And 32 does not go on schedule (every 20 minutes), but rather on its own. Often it does not come at all, it happens two in a row, then again a failure. No complaints or requests from the residents were heard. Solid replies ... We ask you to return our stop to the route, because. 950 replaced the private 510m, which regularly brought our residents to the village, following from Moscow. For the bus, this is five extra minutes, and for grandmothers with sticks, mothers with strollers, schoolchildren, etc. that would be a big relief! I personally, of course, do not believe in miracles... But after all, the elections... With respect and hope.
Dotsenko Tatiana
With the opening of the Rasskazovka station, many residents of the Nashero Vnukovo district began to get by bus 32, but not to the Rasskazovka metro station, but it’s more convenient to get to the Novoperedelkino station than from the bus stop to the Rasskazovka metro station (this applies when you go from Vnukovo). But in the evening, after working the whole day at work and getting to Rasskazovka, you don’t have time to get on bus 32 and have to wait 30 minutes for the next one. An additional route from Vnukovo to Rasskazovka is really needed !!!
Karpova Olic
Hello! Route 950 now does not call in the village of Tolstopaltsevo, although when the private minibus was canceled, it was said that the municipal carrier would keep the same route! It is extremely inconvenient, especially in the evening hours, to transfer to 32 or 889, 32 runs with delays, and 889 runs once an hour, sometimes you have to wait 40 minutes for transport or take a taxi, although 950 is not difficult to call in the village of Tolstopaltsevo, only 5 min time! I ask you to consider this issue. Thank you.
Kamynova Maria
Residents of the village need a direct bus to the subway South-West! Was 950 cancelled! There is nothing to reach! The new metro is not connected with the South-West in any way. You have to change two or three times in one direction! And it's very hard! And the buses run very infrequently! Children study in institutes located in the Southwestern area and people work there! The new subway does not suit us in any way! Residents simply suffer from the lack of transport! It is not possible to leave the village of Tolstopaltsevo, although it has been Moscow since 1986!
Improvement of forest park zones
Federal road workers launched work in the urban district of Orekhovo-Zuyevo on the section from the 83rd to the 90th kilometer near the village of Malaya Dubna (turn to Orekhovo-Zuyevo), completion of work is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2018, according to the udmnn website. en
"Works in the area of the village of Malaya Dubna - The final stage overhaul of 11 kilometers of the M-7 highway, which began in the summer of 2017. On the 7-kilometer section, it is necessary to clear the right of way from forest plantations, compact the base of the subgrade, strengthen the slopes and shoulders, mill the road surface, arrange the lower and upper layers, restore intersections and junctions, and install curbs. In addition, noise barriers will be installed, bus stops and pedestrian crossings will be comprehensively equipped, road signs and pointers, marked with thermoplastic.
The warranty period for the base of the pavement will be six, the lower layer of the pavement - five years, the top - four years.
Recall that in the last construction season, during the overhaul on the section from the 90th to the 94th kilometer, communications, a drainage system were rebuilt, pavement was strengthened and replaced, two recreation areas were arranged. To exclude left turns at the 93rd kilometer, a U-turn loop was built, sidewalks were equipped for pedestrians, and a modular elevated pedestrian crossing was erected. More than 8 kilometers of outdoor lighting lines were installed, about 9 kilometers of barrier fencing, including along the axis of the road, road markings were applied.

On the night of April 22, 2017, Moscow entered a period of permanent road repairs, which will last until October. According to the press service of the capital's mayor's office, the steady weather will allow the specialists of the complex to begin replacing asphalt on key highways of the capital.
Repair at the interchanges of the Moscow Ring Road and highways
“The planned road repair season will last until mid-October,” said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Housing and Communal Services and Improvement. Repairs will be carried out at those facilities where the warranty period of the asphalt concrete pavement has expired. First of all, the asphalt will be changed in the straight sections and interchanges of the Moscow Ring Road. Among them are the intersections of the Moscow Ring Road with the Entuziastov Highway, Ryazansky Prospekt, as well as sections of the outer side of the Ring Road in the area of km 4-6, km 74-76, km 104-106.
Then the road workers will move to the facilities on the Third Ring Road and the main outbound highways, as well as other streets of the city.
Work will be carried out at night with a partial restriction of traffic.
According to the agency, 18 million square meters of the roadway will be renovated this season throughout the city. Most of the work will be carried out by the State Budgetary Institution "Roads". Its workers will repair 10 million square meters. m of asphalt.
At all sites, curb stone replacement, manhole repair, removal of the existing roadway using cold milling, laying of new asphalt and marking will be carried out.
The Garden Ring will be left without a strip for the duration of the repair
Serious road work has already begun on the Garden Ring. The metropolitan department of capital repairs is responsible for them. Landscaping began both on the inner and outer sides of the Garden Ring.
Traffic on Sadovoe will be limited - depending on the work, it will be impossible to drive either one or four lanes.
At the same time, landscaping work has also begun on the Boulevard Ring and in the Yakimanskaya Embankment area. Work will continue until the end of August. In this regard, traffic will be seriously impeded in the central part of the city, and parking spaces will be eliminated during the work.
GKU TsODD
Recall that within the framework of the city improvement program in 2015, 47 streets were already repaired, and in 2016 - 61 highways. All major works were carried out between May and August, including the repair and expansion of sidewalks and the relocation of utilities.
The Traffic Management Center (TsODD) warns of possible traffic difficulties in the central part of the city and an increase in traffic congestion up to 8-9 points in the morning and evening rush hours.
GKU TsODD
“The main difficulties will be observed on the Garden and Boulevard rings, as well as on the streets adjacent to them. Besides, most of the flow will also move to the Third Transport Ring, and therefore there may be additional difficulties in traffic on this highway, ”the TsODD said and asked motorists to travel to central part cities use public transport to save time.
The TsODD assures that public transport is ready for the influx of passengers. At the same time, it is not recommended to use the city center for transit trips by car - it is better to use the Third Ring Road. In order not to get stuck in traffic jams for several hours, drivers will have to carefully choose detour routes, and in order not to be late for meetings, lay additional time on my way.
Meanwhile, the mayor of the city, Sergei, apologized in advance to the residents of the city for temporary inconvenience on his page on the VKontakte social network.
“The most active period of work begins, including on Boulevard and Sadovoe. Until September, the main work will be completed. Traffic problems during this period will be quite serious. But in the end, we will get high-quality urban space in the city center, on its main streets, ”Sobyanin wrote.
