How to distinguish lies from truth. How to recognize lies in correspondence, text messages, on the phone
In our life it is very important to be able to distinguish truth from lies. This is part of the sixth sense of people: to be able to distinguish between negative and positive flows. It exists in children and therefore it is very difficult to deceive them. But over the years, under the influence of constant lies from the environment, this feeling becomes dull and may disappear altogether.
In order to restore it (the sixth sense), you need to: remember your childhood and stretch your palm to the image of something or someone (it doesn’t matter where this image is located - a computer, a photo or a TV box).
And if it is a lie or a deceitful person, then your palm will feel a slight repulsion, and if it is true or an honest person, a slight attraction. If a person is very dangerous, then in addition to repulsion, you can feel a chill from his image, his recordings or from his voice.
It may not work the first time, do not despair, a long training will lead to the restoration of the ability to sense lies or truth.
This will indicate that your sixth sense is being restored, and in the future you will feel negative flows from people, food and things, as well as positive flows from good people, from good clean foods and things, and even from the planets and the Sun.
How to determine the lie of the interlocutor?
According to experts, there are ten ways to detect lies in the words of your interlocutor.
Here they are:
1. Notice inconsistencies in words. For example, a person has a certain reaction to a loud sound, but it will be untruthful if it appears a few seconds before the sound itself. The same can be seen in speech.
2. Ask a clarifying question out of the blue. Only 4 percent of people can accurately remember all the little things they lied about, all the rest will not be able to immediately figure out and answer the question of time or money.
3. Notice changes in behavior. If a person began to behave differently (for example, he was always calm, and now he is clearly nervous), then this may mean a lie in his words.
4. Look at emotions - they can be insincere. Few people are good at fake a smile, in most attempts it will have an unnatural look.
5. Look at the hands of the interlocutor. When lying, too active movements of the hands and wiggling of the fingers can be noted.
6. Learn to see micro-emotions. This is a bit like the twenty-fifth frame - if a person is lying that he is happy and happy, anyway, at some point, negative emotions can be noted on his face.
7. Watch for contradictions in the behavior and words of the interlocutor. A liar may not give out his face and gestures, but reservations are possible in his words when he contradicts himself (for example, he will first say that he was at the dentist, and later in the conversation, perhaps not even on the same day, but much later, you will find out that at this time he was still at work).
8. Watch your eyes. If your interlocutor cannot withstand direct contact, but constantly looks away, then he is probably lying.
9. Understand the essence of his words. A large abundance of details in the story can indicate a lie, especially if the interlocutor knows well that you are not interested, but still stubbornly continues to talk in detail, say, about the carburetor.
10. Try to learn to recognize the truth. Then you will be able to determine the lie in the words of any liar easily and simply.
Can i ask you? Are you a savvy internet user? Perhaps you think you are, but in reality you are not. The Internet is simply full of lies, and every day it becomes more and more difficult to find the truth here. Sometimes it seems that modern Internet mutates into an environment of fiction and lies that absolutely every user of this environment generates.Although it is difficult to find reliable information on the Internet today, these five simple tips will help you check that before you, someone's fiction or reliable information.
1. Check the article for impartiality.
There can be problems with any information found on the Internet, simply because it is considered by the author, who is often not interested in the objectivity of the content. Any media uses a selective way of forming this or that information, and often this is used to demonstrate one, editorial, point of view. Today, this is clearly noticeable in the way the situation in Ukraine is covered by the Western and Russian media, and no matter how much you, dear reader, would like to, it is worth recognizing that the news that evokes super-positive or super-negative emotions in you covers the problem in an extremely biased way.
Even in my blog, you encounter my prejudiced position in relation to all modern world problems, but you know this, the danger is unknown authors and platforms.
On almost any page you will see a link to information (or the author's page). If there is no such link, then this means that the information on the site may be, at a minimum, inaccurate. Be careful if you have never heard of the author or the portal. If there is a link to the author, then be sure to check out the list of previously posted articles, which can return you to point number 1.
If there are links and you doubt (or vice versa completely agree with the author, which is much more dangerous), check the author. Authors who are not afraid of their readers, simply because they write the truth, even leave contacts where you can contact them. Is there an email address? Are there links to social media pages? author's networks? Was he on social media this week? networks? If so, then most likely you are reading an article whose author, in this particular case, can be trusted.
3. Check the content.
If work in to a large extent- compilation of information from various sources, then it is more difficult. Often such an article is quite biased and based on biased information from other sites that the author trusts.
But on the other hand, a structured list of sources can be considered a good sign, which shows the reader how to create a particular article. In fact, the clearly structured list of sources at the end of the material seems to say: “In order to write this article, I used these sites, if you want, you can check everything. I have nothing to hide."
4. Check when the site was launched.
Often old articles containing false but popular information will resurface from time to time and become viral information. This is mainly because many authors do not check the date of the article and its subsequent Internet history, but based on the information received in it. See how often the author updates the blog pages, or if they are dead pages (pages that are no longer updated or maintained by the author). If it is dead, this may mean that the information on it is at least irrelevant.
If the site is updated regularly, this means that the xnj information is most likely at least up to date. And if the site is completely new, and there are 2-3 articles on it, and then the article is a bomb, then the article is almost 100 percent customized.
5. Check the site team
Even if the author is an authoritative person, you should not relax. Sites and agencies that distribute perishable news love authoritative authors, and it is worth remembering that each has its own price. Unknown bloggers are sold for pennies, but authorities for tens of thousands...
Check everything. Don't trust anyone online. Remember that all these people on the Internet, experts, authorities and authors are avatars and nothing more.

Your interlocutor trust your eyesight more than your hearing. It is easier to hide the truth or the true attitude towards you through words, facial expressions, voice, and more difficult with the help of other means of communication: gestures, movements, postures.
Probably, every person at least once in his life asked himself the question of how to catch a liar or lie so as not to be caught. The complexity and versatility of the phenomenon of lies is evidenced by the fact that over the millennia of the existence of human civilization, people have invented thousands of ways to deceive and have come up with dozens of names for it. One has only to open the dictionaries, and one can be amazed at the number of synonyms for the verb "deceive": mislead, outwit, fool, deceive , fool, fool, fool, fool, furnish, cheat, fool, cheat, cheat, cheat, darn, shoe, heat, take on a gun, confuse or fool your head, cover up your eyes, fool, hang noodles on your ears, etc. The eternal problem of human sincerity has repeatedly become the subject of discussion in the artistic and scientific literature, which considered the problem of lies from two main positions: morality and psychology proper. In society, as you know, a person has to hide his true self, which inevitably leads to lies. A person lies to comply with elementary rules of politeness, or resorts to lies when it is beneficial for him. The well-known psychologist J. Dupre gives the following definition of a lie: “A lie is a psycho-sociological verbal, or not, act of suggestion, with the help of which they try, more or less intentionally, to sow in the mind of another any positive or negative belief that the inspirer himself considers disgusting truth." Misleading another person, suggesting false "beliefs" to him, according to the point of view of J. Dupre, can be conscious (thought out, intentional) and unconscious. The same two types of lies are distinguished by other authors.
Observing, analyzing, summarizing information, drawing conclusions about a person’s honesty, deciding whether to accept his information as true or false in a given situation, people are based on their own standards. truth and lies, sincere and insincere behavior. However, not all characteristics of the behavior of a lying person are equally indicative, and therefore different people with varying degrees of success, they recognize lies among the information that the interlocutor conveys to them.
The following words, phrases, answers and features of speech may indicate the insincerity of the interlocutor (but in no case are they unambiguous evidence of this):
An honest person tries to talk more and defends his sincerity when expressing doubts about it, while indifferent, evasive answers to direct questions do not fit into the concept of ethical behavior. It:
This behavior is caused by the fact that in the course of a conversation it becomes more and more difficult for a person to lie. If at the same time you find out any circumstances, it is useful to keep in mind that an innocent person:
wordy;
At the same time, the guilty person:
The study of the mentioned signs of the interlocutor's speech behavior will give you the opportunity to develop your powers of observation, and will allow you to work out a reasonable style of your own behavior.
At the same time, one of the most important practical recommendations is that in the event of a disagreement between the words and gestures of your interlocutor, trust your eyesight more than your hearing. Involuntary gestures, movements of a person, his facial expressions, rather than spoken phrases, will correspond more to the truth.
It must be borne in mind that the reliability of signs that convey the true attitude of your communication partner decreases in the following order: spatial arrangement, posture, voice signals, facial expressions, direct statements. In other words, it is easiest to hide the truth or your true attitude towards you through words, facial expressions, voice, and most difficultly through other means of communication (gestures, movements, postures).
Hello Dear friends and dear Readers of our site! Why do we need to know the truth at all? To make less mistakes, to be disappointed, to fail and collapse, to suffer and experience less pain. After all, lies, deceit - always ultimately leads to suffering, pain and destruction. Is always! No matter how sweet they may seem at first.
The one who knows the Truth can act effectively, making the right choice - what to study, whom to believe, with whom to deal, and who can never, under any circumstances, be trusted in anything.
To reveal the truth and lies, to feel the truth and - this is more of an art. But this art is based on the abilities and qualities that each person can develop. Especially thanks to esoteric knowledge and techniques!
There are, of course, techniques for reading emotions and micro expressions by faces, gestures, voice and facial expressions, but in this article we do not consider these methods.
We are interested in the direct ability of the soul to detect truth and falsehood. Including when it does not concern other people and relationships with them. For example, you choose a university specialty for admission to the university. How to feel what is “your” and what is not? What is true for you? Where do you go - to psychology, to management or to economics? Or how to determine what knowledge, what information will be useful for your soul, and what is harmful? Which authors should be trusted and which should not? With which of the people is it worth being friends, doing business, going on reconnaissance, and with whom is it not worth it? Which of the authorities, teachers, mentors should be trusted, and who should not be listened to and who should never be opened to?
We will consider the esoteric techniques available to many to identify the so-called. truth, truth. But first, I recommend reading the following articles on the topic:
How to know the truth? Esoteric techniques
I am sure that for many, at least one of the techniques will definitely succeed. But for this you need to practice at least the initial meditation practices.
Liar, liar, liar. We all sometimes hide the truth from others, embellishing or directly distorting the facts. Often we deceive ourselves, convincing and justifying our own actions and deeds. What is a lie? What is this phenomenon? And who is prone to deception (self-deception) and how to distinguish truth from lies?
Lies and truth, truth and lies. Two edges. Everything is relative in this world, gentlemen. Understatement or outright distortion of facts - each liar pursues his own goals, guided by certain desires. Let's try to disassemble the system.
In general, a pathological liar, of course, is a person with an oral vector. That's really who is much to poison the tales of the most diverse sense, so it's him. The most interesting thing is that his lies are almost impossible to distinguish from the truth. Oralnik induces with his word, you believe him.
Particularly bright and case in point how an oral liar conducts his defense in court, accurately pronouncing the doubts of others and confusing them even more. How can this be caught? Pretty easy. Try to put his thoughts on paper, and if you see that the facts do not agree, draw conclusions.
People with the skin vector are also capable of lying if they see it as a benefit. After all, the benefits / benefits are the categories that such a person is guided by when making his decisions. You need to flatter someone and praise the virtues that are not there in order to get a contract - yes, easy! To come up with the most ridiculous excuse for being late for an important meeting, to compose a bike, to embellish, to speak an outright lie is not a problem if it brings the necessary benefit.
Such people look like cunning opportunists in the eyes of people with an anal vector. The latter are unable to lie at all in their nature. The psyche is direct and rigid. Already in childhood, they find themselves in awkward situations. When a skin mom gets a call from work, and she says: “son, tell me that I’m not at home,” the anal child mutters into the phone with tears in his eyes: “Mom just told me that she’s not there.” Well, they do not know how to cheat, because the truth is the highest value for people with such a straightforward psyche.
As for people with a muscular vector, they have no desire to deceive at their roots. Here a lot depends on the environment - he does what he is taught. After all, the muscle vector just takes the form of people who are nearby. There will be a pathological liar in the environment and that's it - lies will become the norm.
A person with a urethral vector, with his unpredictability and non-standard thinking, does not think in this direction at all. Bragging - yes, of course. But an outright lie? - only when sliding to the very bottom of society, when he becomes a drunkard, and tells everyone that he is a king.
A sound engineer in a sick state is also able to carry a lie in the form of an unhealthy idea, in which he fanatically believes. They are inductors capable of brainwashing so convincingly that a person is hung with explosives and goes to undermine cities with him. It is important to learn to distinguish the essence of a person in order not to fall under the bad influence.
Well, and the final vector - olfactory. A politician and intriguer who does not have such cultural concepts as truth and lies, good and evil. "There are only the interests of England" and nothing personal. Behind the scenes they rule the world and finance. Are they cheating? Of course. On a global scale, on a national scale. For what? Developed - for the flock to survive, undeveloped for their own benefit.
So what is a lie? We were taught from childhood that telling a lie is bad. Scolded for lies, for tricks. Telling the truth is an instilled norm from the category of "what is good and what is bad."
What about white lies? When does not speak up save a life, friendship, or marriage from falling apart? Or business from collapse? Is it bad? As we understand it, for certain people, yes. This is how they are arranged - even having committed a crime, driven by pangs of conscience, they confess to the police (anal vector). And honestly confess everything. Lies are intolerable to them, unbearable and alien. Therefore, when dealing with such people, you need to be extremely careful in what you say (because they also have an excellent memory).
You should be especially careful with children. Do not deceive them and go to various tricks to achieve your goal. Because exposure will be painful for everyone and will leave a bunch of unnecessary insults and "injuries" that will only exacerbate distrust over the years.
For other vectors lie is a relative concept. Non-contract, half-truth... Categories that do not cause such obvious contradictions. They live with it every day, finding a compromise. In general, any phenomenon can be described in terms of
