Transfer in social studies. How to apply for the exam for graduates of previous years
Every year, eleventh graders are waiting for a serious and responsible test - delivery. Based on the scores obtained at the Unified State Examination, an applicant can count on a place in a particular university.
Many schoolchildren begin active preparation for the upcoming knowledge test as early as grades 9-10: they go to tutors, pull up disciplines that are difficult, independently study some incomprehensible points, devote more time to study, leaving for a certain period of games that take a lot free and study time, and just idleness.
However, not all those who pass the exam are a positive example - there are also careless students who are not able to pass the exams the first time at least to the “satisfactory” mark, that is, to score.
There is another option - the child can simply get nervous, being in such stressful situation like passing the exam, and not pass minimum threshold knowledge assessment. In such cases, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation provides retake the exam. In 2017, as in the previous year, this can be done twice.
What awaits those who pass the exam in 2017
Minimum USE scores
Let's start with the fact that the minimum scores for all USE subjects remain at the same level as in 2016. The Ministry of Education decided not to increase or decrease the thresholds.
Recall that the minimum threshold for the USE in the Russian language is 36 points; when passing the basic level in mathematics by 3 points, the student will be able to receive a graduation certificate high school, and upon successful passing of the Unified State Examination in Mathematics profile level by 27 points, the graduate will receive the right to apply to the university, otherwise, the road to high school the failed applicant is “ordered”; the passing score in science, both in 2016 and 2017, reaches 42, and in history - 32; for the physics exam, the graduate must score 36 points, the same threshold is set for chemistry and biology; minimum score for the exam foreign language(Spanish, English, German, French) does not exceed 22; Informatics must pass no lower than 40 points, and literature - 32 points; for the exam in geography, the threshold score is 37 points.
The USE certificate can be used for three years. If this is not done in due time, the Unified State Exam will need to be taken again.
To the points indicated in the USE certificate, each graduate can add an extra 10 points for the arithmetic mean "five" in the certificate, for special achievements in terms of physical culture, as well as for high results when participating in olympiads, competitions, scientific conferences, etc. .
Right to transfer
Since 2016, as mentioned above, each future applicant is given the opportunity to retake the exam. Moreover, it will be possible to retake any subject due to both an unsatisfactory grade and the grade that does not suit the graduate.
For example, an eleventh grade student scored 38 points in Russian (with a minimum allowable value 36 points) and wants to retake his result. But why would he do it? Everything is very simple: probably, the student will not be satisfied with such a result if he is going to enter a university that “requires” a much higher mark in this subject.
Retaking the exam in 2017 implies some factors:
- time frame;
- number of attempts;
- the number of disciplines that can be retaken;
- What items can be redeemed.
Time frame
You can retake the exam within one year after passing the exam.
Number of attempts
Only two attempts are allowed to achieve the desired result.
The number of disciplines that can be retaken
It will be possible to change the results only in one subject, no more.
What items can be redeemed
The answer is any. That is, any subject, the results of the exam for which do not satisfy the student, is submitted for retake. It can be either a compulsory subject or an optional one chosen by the graduate.
Innovations and changes in the exam itself and its conduct
Already from the coming 2017, one more will join the two exams that schoolchildren have to take without fail. But what subject the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation will like is not yet clear. Rumor has it that this will be history, since it is in this discipline that graduates show far from the best results.
However, in some places they also talk about a mandatory exam in physics. How it will actually be, we will probably find out at the beginning of the 2016-2017 academic year. One thing is clear - eleventh-graders will have a hard time, because in addition to the three compulsory subjects established by the Ministry of Education - mathematics, the Russian language and another, yet unknown - students will need to pass one more compulsory subject to choose from.
If a student chooses an exam in computer science, then in 2017 this discipline will be taken exclusively on a computer. It is assumed that by 2017 each school will have time to prepare the necessary base for the above requirements.
They also plan to significantly reduce the test part of the exam and add more questions that require detailed answers. In addition, in the Russian language it is possible to introduce the oral part of the exam.
Almost 700,000 people are taking the Unified State Exam this year. The most popular elective subjects are social studies, physics, history and biology. Who will be allowed to retake the exam this year? What has changed in the rules for filling out forms? Why are students less likely to file appeals? These and other questions were answered by the head of Rosobrnadzor Sergey Kravtsov.

"I am a graduate of this year, I chose three subjects, but I found out that the university where I will enter also needs physics. Can I now write an application for the Unified State Examination?", Julia, St. Petersburg.
Sergey Kravtsov: All universities were required to place on their websites by October 1, 2016 the subjects that are needed for admission to a particular specialty. If it turns out now that the university has changed the exams, this is a violation. You need to write an application to the State Examination Commission of your region (SEC) on the inclusion of an exam in physics in the list of subjects for passing, which will decide whether or not to allow you to take this exam. But in any case, this must be done no later than two weeks before the exam. The exam in physics will be held on June 7, so you are unlikely to have time to pass the exam on this day. But on reserve days (June 21 or July 1) - it is possible.
"Is it possible to retake the exam to improve the result?", Sergey, Saratov region.
Sergey Kravtsov: The exam can be retaken only for the next year. But the compulsory subjects, Russian language or mathematics, are allowed to retake this year, but only if the participant has not overcome the minimum threshold for one of these subjects. For example, if one of the exams is passed successfully, and the required minimum is not scored in the second. If the graduate has not passed both compulsory exam, will be able to retake them in September. It happens that a student came to the exam, began to write a paper, but for some reason good reasons couldn't complete it. In this case, the result is considered canceled, and you can retake the exam on the reserve day.
"Will the one who was kicked out of the exam be allowed to retake it?", Graduate's mother, Voronezh region.
Sergey Kravtsov: It's better not to bring this up. If they were removed for a cheat sheet or a mobile phone, then the graduate will no longer be allowed to retake this year.
"What if a person did not come to the exam due to illness?", Olga, Tambov region.
Sergey Kravtsov: You need to contact the place where the person wrote the application for the exam. Usually it's a school. She, together with the state examination committee of your region, makes a decision and provides an opportunity to take the exam on a reserve day. There are also force majeure circumstances. Last year in USE time in some regions there were blackouts, floods. I want to reassure all exam participants and their parents in advance so that they do not worry. If any technical or related natural disasters failures, then each participant who could not pass the exam for these reasons will pass the exam on reserve days. By the way, there are countries where no force majeure circumstances are considered. Couldn't come to the exam? Come back in a year.
"Can the organizers of the exams answer the questions of schoolchildren about filling in the forms?", Petr Sergeevich, teacher, Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Sergey Kravtsov: Of course, the organizer must give clarifications on the rules for filling out the forms. And even during the exam. But he has no right to suggest. Otherwise, the work will be canceled, and the organizer will be punished - up to and including dismissal. There have been such cases. As for filling out the forms, this year the "gender" column has disappeared, the number of fields for replacing erroneous answers has been reduced, and a field has appeared where the organizer must indicate how many replacements of erroneous answers were made by the exam participant.
Disagree with the USE score? An appeal can be filed within two working days after the official announcement of the results.
"This year I pass both levels of mathematics - both basic and profile. If I pass the base, but do not get the minimum score on the profile, will they be allowed to retake it?", Graduate, Torzhok, Tver Region.
Sergey Kravtsov: If one of these two exams is passed, then the other will not be allowed to retake.

"If a student does not agree with the points given, where and to whom should he go?", Nina Petrovna, Kaluga region.
Sergey Kravtsov: Within two working days after the official day of the announcement of the results, it is necessary to file an appeal to the place where the application for the exam was written. Usually it's a school. She will immediately forward the appeal to the conflict commission. Each region has such commissions, and everyone has the right to prove their case. Recently, we held the "100 points for Victory" campaign in Nalchik, when last year's 100 points tell current graduates how to successfully pass the exam. There was a girl who got 97 on the exam, but she was sure that she deserved even more. highly appreciated. The work was reviewed, and she was given 100 points.
AT recent times the number of applications to conflict commissions has decreased. Those guys who filed an appeal just like that, at random, stopped applying: what if the examiners add points? Now all statements - in essence, as a rule, from those who are very confident in their abilities and knowledge.
"Who should have the pass that the USE participant receives? Should he take it somewhere during the exam?", Polina, Smolensk.
Sergey Kravtsov: The USE participants are not issued a pass, but a notification that says where and when to come to the USE. This paper does not need to be handed over anywhere, it is generally not necessary to bring it to the exam. And the participants are allowed to take the exam according to their passports and distribution lists at the examination point.
"Who and how checks the work of USE participants?", Sergei Mikhailovich, father of a graduate.
Sergey Kravtsov: The first part is checked by the computer. Tasks with a detailed answer are checked by regional subject commissions. Moreover, each work is checked by two experts. If they do not agree on the assessment, then a third expert is involved.
The Ministry of Education has published an order on the schedule conducting the exam 2016 in the September period. Boys and girls who could not, for valid reasons, could not participate in final certification in the main terms, that is, in the summer. As well as those graduates of the eleventh grade who did not manage to score the minimum number of points in one or two mandatory exams (still, this is the Russian language and mathematics).
In September 2016, a retake of the USE in mathematics will be held for those who have chosen the basic level of the exam.
The following exam dates have been confirmed:
- September 5 (Monday) the Unified State Examination in the Russian language will be held, as well as the GVE in the same subject (that is, the state final exam) for certain categories of students (children with handicapped health, children studying in specialized boarding schools, in correctional educational institutions, etc.);
- September 8 (Thursday) – basic USE in mathematics, as well as GVE in mathematics for certain categories of students;
- September 14 (Wednesday) - Russian language (both the USE and the GVE), the basic USE in mathematics, as well as the GVE in mathematics.
September uniform State exam is carried out in all regions of our country (each has one or more delivery points). All points of the state exam, as in the main summer period, will be equipped with video surveillance cameras, equipment for printing KIMs immediately before the start of the exam, and metal detectors.
Rosobrnadzor presented the schedule for the final certification of schoolchildren in 2017.
It also became known USE schedule 2017, the main examination period will take place between May 26, 2017 and June 30. Early delivery The exam will be held from March 14, 2017 to April 7.
As in the last academic year, the organizers of the final state certification have allocated a separate date for the USE in social science, which is chosen by the vast majority of schoolchildren, since this discipline is especially often required for admission to many areas of training in various universities in the country.
For each discipline, there is a reserve day for passing the exam, as well as an additional date for the USE in all subjects. Reserve days are necessary for those graduates who could not come to the exam for good reasons or due to the fact that two selected subjects according to the main schedule are on the same day.
June 22 (Wed) reserve day of the exam in geography, foreign languages, chemistry, social science, computer science;
At the end of each school year all eleventh-graders in Russia are faced with a serious test - passing the exam. Based on the points earned in this way, future applicant can expect to get a prestigious place in a particular university.
Most schoolchildren prefer to start preparing for the upcoming cuts of knowledge long before they actual start. Many are still in the 9th or 10th grade. To do this, the guys sign up for tutors, pull up those subjects that do not reach their understanding in the usual way, devote more free time to studying, consciously reducing the period of rest and walks with friends.
However, not all graduates can boast of such a positive example of preparatory work - there are also more negligent schoolchildren who are unlikely to be able to pass future exams on their own the first time. As a result, they will not score even the minimum number of points.
True, the situation described does not always depend on the knowledge and skills of a particular student. Some may just get nervous when they find themselves in such a stressful situation. It turns out that even despite the lengthy preparation, the exam will be a failure. It is for such cases that the Ministry of Education has established a retake of the exam. For example, in the upcoming USE year you can try twice.
What to fear in 2017 or the required number of points?
The good news for current 11th graders is the minimum number of USE scores - it has remained the same. The Ministry of Education decided not to change last year's parameters so as not to lower the thresholds.
We remind you that in Russian the minimum threshold of required scores is 36. If you pass the basic level of mathematics with only 3 points, the student can receive the long-awaited high school diploma, while successful delivery USE Mathematics profile level equals 27 points. Only in this case, the student has the full right to apply for admission to the university. The passing score in natural science is 42, history - 32, physics, chemistry and biology - 36, foreign language - 22, computer science - 40, literature - 32; geography - 37.
The certificate issued after passing the test can be used for the next 3 years. Otherwise, the unified state exam will have to be retaken. By the way, a student can add another 10 points to the points received at the Unified State Examination - for the average "five" in the certificate, high achievements in physical education and excellent results when participating in scientific conferences, competitions or olympiads.
Who can retake the exam?
Before you re-try your hand at the final slice of knowledge, you should determine who is given the USE retake in 2017. It turns out that in the marked period, each student can re-experience happiness. At the same time, it is possible to retake the indicators of any subject as due to an unsatisfactory grade, or points that do not suit the applicant himself. For example, a 11th grade student scored only 38 points in the Russian language, while the minimum allowable rate is 36. Of course, he wants to try to retake the exam, even if he receives a certificate. Most likely, such a student needs more important indicators for the upcoming admission to the university.
You should also consider when you can retake a particular subject, and what is especially in such a procedure. Retaking the exam involves a number of the following factors:
Modifications in the exam
The current eleventh-graders will have to take not two mandatory exams, as it was before, but three. True, it is still not really clear which discipline was chosen by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation to assess the knowledge of schoolchildren as a supplement. According to preliminary rumors, this will be history, since the performance of this particular subject is considered the worst among the majority of Russian students. Some people think that soon they will have to pass physics without fail. In fact, such information will become available at the dawn of next year.
It is clear as day only one thing - future graduates will have a hard time, because in addition to 3 compulsory subjects, they will have to diligently prepare for one more to choose from. If a graduate wants to test his knowledge of computer science, the upcoming exam will be held at the computer. It is assumed that by that time the schools will be able to prepare the necessary base, suitable for the highest requirements of the ministry.
It remains only to add that there are already rumors about a possible reduction in the test part of the exam, while the number of ordinary and detailed questions will be greater. According to the cut of knowledge from the Russian language, oral part exam.
It is clear that a very difficult task looms before graduates - to successfully graduate from school and enter a prestigious university. Achieving all this is much easier than it might seem. Only diligent preparation will help to achieve the desired results, so it's time to take up your mind and start working. Just in case, how to retake the exam is already clear, but you should strongly hope for additional features. Good luck!
