A story about stars for children. Tales about the stars
Story about stars for children "Solo of a small star"
Murashova Irina. 10 years. MBOU secondary school No. 44.Circle leader: Murashova Natalia Yurievna, teacher of additional education MBOU secondary school No. 58 (part-time MBOU secondary school No. 44)
Target: The development of written speech in the classroom "Scriptwriting" in the theater circle.
Tasks:
1. Cultivate a sense of beauty and love for classical music.
2. Develop writing skills.
3. Provide an opportunity for a professional assessment of the child's creativity and replenishment of his portfolio.
A small digression into the program of our circle.
In the classes of the theater circle, the guys and I work in several directions: acting, stage plasticity, verbal action, and from the second year of study we begin to give them small creative tasks in such a direction as "Scriptwriting". First, these are rhymes and burimes, telegrams and small rhymes, in the third year of study, children write short stories on a given topic: this year, ecological tales and parables, stories about animals and objects.
I really like the task for the third year of training "Bring the doll to life": you need to create a doll from improvised material and come up with a short monologue for it. What was not! Revived balls of thread, decorated with button eyes in scarves or with hairstyles. Once a spoon fought with a fork, when it began to call names on it and "boast" of its origin: they say, aristocrats use me, and you, spoon, only "sip cabbage soup" ....
Sometimes, for inspiration, we use various stimuli for children's imagination: music or an object. For example, I bring several items to class, handing these items to the guys, I suggest writing to each "The Story of One Little Thing". It can be a flattened coin or a broken hair clip, a piece of fabric with a button sewn on, or a bent pin. Children look at these objects, fantasize about what could have happened to them and how they got into the theater club at school. Maybe the scribbled pencil decided to watch "his" production, the script for which was written by someone with this same pencil.
Description: This time the homework was:
Listen to classical music of your choice and describe in a short story the pictures that come to your mind while listening.
"Little Star Solo"
Murashova Irina, 10 years old. Music "Evening Stars" by Josef Lanner.
“One spring, I looked at the stars, they danced a waltz to the music of Josef Lanner. And I imagined how the stars began to sparkle in the sky in turn and dance in pairs. First the first, then the third, and so on, after one pair. But suddenly everything went out and one small star remained sparkling. She ran from side to side and whose pairs she touched - they began to light up, spin and dance a real waltz. It was wonderful, beautiful and magical - a real star ballet.
I really enjoyed writing a story to classical music.
P.S. Why did I decide to bring to your attention the story of my daughter? Because with 100% certainty I can say: this is an absolutely author's work. She spent an hour just choosing music. I am strictly forbidden to interfere in the process of "creating a masterpiece." From the age of six, she demands respect for her creative process.
Final revision only: Check punctuation and suggest replacing some repetitive words with synonyms. And she still does not agree to editing, arguing, defending her text. Which also makes me feel proud. Although the texts are still small, there are very interesting things. We need to find her story about the monitor lizard and also publish it.
And I still found a video with this melody on the net! It is slightly different from the audio recording.
Thank you for your attention.

All information about stars for children: description with photos and videos, interesting facts, how stars are born and die, types, white dwarf, supernova, black hole.
A shooting star for children and adults seems to be an incredibly beautiful and magical event when you can make a wish. However, real stars look even more interesting objects of the Universe, because before us are giant balls of seething gas with high temperatures. Moreover, their death is just a new stage of life in the form of even more mysterious objects, like black holes or neutron stars. Below you will find out the description, characteristics and the most interesting facts about stars with photos, pictures, drawings, videos and diagrams of rotation around the center of the galaxy.
Parents or teachers At school can start explanation for children because they are not just the most common objects in the universe, but also the main galactic building blocks. With the help of age, composition and distribution, one can understand the historical dynamics and evolution of a particular galaxy. Also children should know that stars are responsible for the creation and distribution of heavy elements (carbon, oxygen and nitrogen), so their characteristics resemble planetary ones.
Star formation - explanation for children
Important explain to children that stars are born from dust and gas clouds, after which they disperse through galaxies. Take, for example, the Orion Nebula. So, deep within these clouds, there is intense turbulence that creates massive knots that cause dust and gas to collapse due to their own gravity. As the entire cloud begins to collapse, the material at the very center heats up and turns into a protostar. This hot core in the center will soon become a star.
To explanation for children It became clear that computer models demonstrate an interesting thing. During the breaking process, the clouds may split into two or three drops. That is why most of the stars are grouped into pairs or clusters.
But not all the material collected by the hot core becomes part of the star. It can form planets, asteroids, comets, or remain dust. In some cases, the cloud may not collapse at a sustainable rate. In 2004, amateur astronomer James McNeill spotted a small nebula that suddenly appeared near the M78 nebula in the constellation Orion. When other astronomers found out about this, they realized that its brightness was changing. Inspection by the Chandra X-ray Observatory made it clear that the magnetic field interacts with the surrounding gas, which leads to an episodic increase in brightness.

Main sequence stars - explanation for children
For the little ones It is important to realize that it will take about 50 million years for a solar-sized star to go from collapse to adulthood. Our Sun will transition into maturity in about 10 billion years.
Stars also feed, though they use the nuclear fusion of hydrogen to form helium inside themselves as food. An energy flow is constantly coming from the central region, which forms pressure. Children must understand that it is necessary so that the star does not collapse from the gravity of its own weight and energy.
Main sequence stars span a wide variety of brightnesses and colors. They can even be classified according to these characteristics. The smallest are called red dwarfs. They reach only 10% of the solar mass and release 0.01% of the energy at a temperature of 3000-4000 K. Despite this diminutiveness, they outnumber other species in number and have existed for tens of billions of years.
Types of stars - explanation for children |
|
red dwarfs Red dwarfs include Proxima Centauri, Gliese 581, and Bernard's Star. Important explain to children that these are the smallest main sequence stars. They don't have enough heat to fuel the nuclear fusion reactions that use hydrogen. But children must remember that this type is the most common, because it has a long lifespan, which even exceeds the age of the universe itself (13.8 billion years). The reason is slow fusion and efficient circulation of hydrogen due to convective heat transfer. |
|
yellow dwarfs Yellow dwarfs include the Sun, Kepler 22, and Alpha Centauri A. These stars are now in their prime because they continue to actively burn hydrogen in their core. This process takes them to the next stage, which is where most of the stars are. The name "yellow dwarf" is not entirely true, since most of them are, in fact, white. But, when viewed through the filter of the earth's atmosphere, they appear yellow. |
|
blue giants These are large stars in which a blue color is noticeable. Although definitions may vary. The fact is that only 0.7% of stars fall into this category. Not all blue supergiants are main sequence stars. The largest ones (O-type) burn out very quickly, because of which the outer layers begin to expand and increase brightness. The presence of high temperature provides them with a long blue color. But as they cool, they can become red giants, supergiants, or hypergiants. Blue supergiants with 30 solar masses can create huge holes in the outer layers, demonstrating a hot core. They are called Wolf-Rayet stars. Most likely, they are destined to explode in a supernova before losing temperature and moving to a later stage of development (a red supergiant). The stellar remnant after a supernova will turn into a neutron star or a black hole. |
|
Giants This includes Arcturus and Aldebaran. They are located at the end of the evolutionary scale. They used to be main sequence stars (like the Sun). If the star is less than 0.3-10 solar masses, then it will not become a red giant. The fact is that convective heat transfer will not allow you to gain sufficient density to release the heat that is needed for expansion. Large stars become red supergiants or hypergiants. Red giants accumulate helium, which leads to compression of the core and an increase in internal heating. Hydrogen fuses in the outer layers, and the star grows in size and shines even brighter. As the surface area has increased, the temperature becomes lower. Eventually, the outer layers collapse to form a planetary nebula, leaving a white dwarf. |
|
Supergiants In this category children And parents see Antares and Betelgeuse. NML Cygnus is 1650 times larger than the Sun and is the largest star in the universe. It is located at a distance of 5300 light years from us. These stars swell due to contraction in their cores, but most often they develop into blue giants and supergiants with 10-40 solar masses. If the mass is greater, then they quickly destroy the outer layers and become Wolf-Rayet stars or supernovae. Red giants eventually destroy themselves in a supernova, leaving a neutron star or black hole. |
The largest are supergiants. They are 100 times larger than the Sun, and their temperature heats up to 30,000K. Energy radiation also exceeds the solar one by hundreds of thousands of times, but they live only a couple of million years. Although they were common in the early universe, they are rare now. There are only a few in our galaxy.
Stars and their fate - an explanation for children
For the little ones, probably, it has already become clear that the larger the star, the less it will live. Death occurs at the moment when it burns the entire supply of internal hydrogen. Without the necessary energy, it starts the process of destruction and shines brighter. It shines with hydrogen, which is still available in the shell around the nucleus. The heated core pushes out the outer layers, causing the object to swell and lose temperature. Then we see a red giant.
If the star was massive, then the core is heated to such critical temperatures that it begins to reproduce heavy elements (even iron). But this does not save, but only delays the inevitable. Soon it burns out, continuing to pulsate, shed its outer layers and envelop itself in a haze of gas and dust. Subsequent processes already depend on the size of the kernel.
How do stars die?
Cartoon about the evolution of stars, the main sequence and the fate of red giants:
Medium stars are white dwarfs
For such stars (our Sun), the process of getting rid of the outer layers continues until the core opens. This is a now dead, but still dangerous and active hot ball, which is called a white dwarf. Their dimensions usually reach the earth, although they weigh the same as a star. But why didn't they collapse? It's all about quantum mechanics.
The star is kept from destruction by fast moving electrons that create pressure. The more massive the core, the denser the white dwarf will be (smaller diameter - more mass). Children should know that in a few billion years our Sun will also pass into the stage of a white dwarf. It will last until it cools down. This fate is prepared for those stars that are about 1.4 times the solar mass. If it is greater, then the pressure will not keep the core from collapsing.
A white dwarf can go supernova - an explanation for children
If the white dwarf is located in a binary or multiple star system, then it will survive more intense processes. New stars were once simply called new stars. But to be specific, these are old stars that have turned into white dwarfs. If it is located close to the "star comrade", then it can begin to steal hydrogen from the outer layers of the unfortunate. Once enough hydrogen has accumulated, a fusion explosion occurs, and the white dwarf scavenges the remaining material and glows brighter. This lasts for several days, after which a repeated cycle of the same operations begins. If the dwarf is large, it can gain so much mass that it collapses and completely recovers in the form of a supernova.
Supernovae bypass neutron stars or black holes
If a star reaches a mass greater than eight solar masses, then it is doomed to die and become a supernova. Important explain to children that this is not just the birth of a new star. In the previous one, the core explodes completely, which gives rise to the formation of iron. When it appears, it means that the star has given up all the energy (heavier elements will absorb it). The object is no longer able to support its mass, and the iron core collapses. It takes only a couple of seconds, and the core decreases sharply, increasing the temperature by a million degrees or more.
The outer layers are destroyed along with the core, bounce off and scatter to the sides. A supernova is an amazing sight, as at this moment a huge amount of energy is released. There is so much of it that it can outshine the entire galaxy for weeks! On average, such outbreaks occur once every 100 years. Every year you can find 25-50 supernovae that appear, but they are located so far away that you can’t see it without a telescope.
Neutron stars - explanation for children
If the core at the center of a supernova is 1.4-3 solar masses, then the destruction lasts until the electrons and protons create neutrons. This is where the formation of a neutron star begins. These are extremely dense objects with a small volume, which gives rise to strong gravity. If it appeared in a multiple star system, then it can collect gas from neighboring satellites.
In addition, they have a powerful magnetic field that can increase the speed of atomic particles around the magnetic poles, due to which strong beams of radiation are formed. The star rotates, and these rays, like a searchlight, spread in different directions. If they regularly hit the Earth, then we will notice pulses that appear every time the magnetic pole passes by the line of sight. In this case, the neutron star is called a pulsar.
Black holes - an explanation for children
If the collapsing stellar core is three times the stellar mass, then it is completely destroyed, creating a black hole. Parents or At school must explain to the youngest children that it is an incredibly dense object with gravity so strong that it does not even release light. Earth instruments cannot see it, but we study its size and location due to its influence on neighboring bodies.
After novae and supernovae, dust and debris are left that merge with dimensional dust and gas to form the building blocks for a new stellar generation.
We hope that the information about stars, their types, varieties, classification and evolution seemed useful and interesting. In order for children to better remember interesting facts, show them photos, pictures, drawings, videos and documentary cartoons on the site. For the most curious, we have 3D models of not only the solar system, but also the most famous stars with galaxies, clusters and constellations. You can travel through space online, studying maps of the starry sky and the surfaces of amazing objects like Alpha Centauri, Eridanus, the North Star, Arcturus or Sirius.

From my teaching experience, I can say that children after four years of age listen with great interest to stories about space, stars and planets of the solar system. If you draw the baby's attention to the starry sky and start talking about the stars and constellations, then most likely you will capture the baby's attention for a long time and he will ask you a bunch of questions.
Remember yourself as a child, how you were fascinated by the starry sky. And even now, having already become adults, there is hardly a person who is indifferent to the starry sky, space and the secrets associated with them.
What kind of knowledge can be given to the smallest in the field of astronomy? Of course, first of all, you need to focus on the interest of the child. Someone can tell a lot, and someone will be limited to only the most superficial knowledge. In any case, children are unlikely to remain indifferent to this topic. Personally, I have not met such people.
What to tell about the solar system and space to the baby
Preschool children may know:
- What is the solar system
- What is the sun
- How many planets are in the solar system and their order
- Tell a little about the features of each planet
- What are planetary satellites
- What are constellations
- Names of the most common constellations
- Know about the North Star
- What is a galaxy
On the shelves of shops you can find many books and encyclopedias, in which information is presented in an accessible and interesting form for kids. Below I have selected material about space and the planets of the solar system for kids. For preschoolers, this knowledge is quite enough. But, as you understand, the theme of space is immense.
Memorize the planets of the solar system in order
Children are very fond of counting rhymes. And to memorize the names of the planets of the solar system and their order, I suggest you learn a counting rhyme with your children:
In order, all the planets Will name any of us: One - Mercury, Two - Venus, Three - Earth, Four - Mars. Five - Jupiter, Six - Saturn, Seven - Uranus, Behind him - Neptune. He is eighth in a row. And behind him already, then, And the ninth planet Called Pluto. A. Hite

Have you ever wondered how many stars are in the sky? Or would you like to count them? The starry sky is a big mystery that has long attracted adults and children with unusual bright lights and interesting phenomena. But it turns out that the way we see it is just a beautiful wrapper, but in fact there is a whole starry world with its own stories, adventures and other interesting events. What exactly? Our fairy tale about the Bear and the North Star will tell about this. So make yourself comfortable.
An unusual star world or a fairy tale about the North Star and her friends
Since ancient times, many small bright stars have been living in the sky, which are perhaps the most beautiful creatures in the whole world. Their shining clothes are a real opportunity for pride, because they even attract people - strange creatures living on one of the planets. Why strange? Yes, because the stars could not understand their way of life: they were always in a hurry somewhere, not even knowing the way, exposing themselves to the danger of getting lost, rarely thought about what the world really is and what their purpose is. Worries, worries and worries. And so their life passed on one of the most picturesque planets of the Universe.
It was completely incomprehensible to small bright stars how it was possible to live like this, because, unlike people, they never rushed anywhere, lived measuredly and constantly thought about the high - the meaning of life, heavenly harmony and the incredible beauty of the Universe. Most of all, they were interested and fascinated by the unusual laws that led their world, which was called the Cosmos. Comets, meteorites and entire systems of planets swept through it with incredible speed, while their routes were so accurate and harmonious that they did not collide with each other. This was the celestial harmony - a very thoughtful system of rules and laws, which all celestial bodies clearly adhered to.
In their free time, the stars rejoiced in their outfits, sang star songs and even led a star dance. True, it was very different from what people understood by dance. The reason for this is simple - the stars were forbidden to move from place to place, so their movements were extremely limited. This surprised the little beauties, but they never resented or protested, realizing that this is one of the rules of heavenly harmony. In general, the habit of being indignant is also inherent only to people.
Once, during such entertainment, the Polar Star, the brightest star in the sky, began to talk about people:
Look, they got lost again.
- Who? one of her friends asked.
Yes, sailors! They swam in the wrong direction. Well, how can you go on a journey without understanding the cardinal points at all?
“Indeed,” another celestial beauty picked up her conversation, “so the Chumaks got lost. For a long time they will have to look for salt, if they find it at all.
“And if they find them, they will get lost again on the way home,” the Polar Star laughed loudly and suddenly fell silent. It seemed wrong to her to laugh at the people who lived so far below. Good for them, the stars. From above, everything is really visible. But is it just as easy to live without pointers?
The North Star was not only the brightest, but also very kind and smart. So she instantly came up with an interesting idea:
“What if we become signposts for the people?” We will show them the way. We still cannot move away from each other, so it will be easy for people to remember our individual groups and navigate in space. And for a better understanding, we will now quickly draw a map of the starry sky.
- Great idea! one of her closest neighbors supported the Polar Star. - And I also propose to come up with names for our groups. For example, Mizar, Mirak and their friends look very much like a bear to me. Why shouldn't they be called that?
“Hmm, you look like a little bear cub to me!” Mizar laughed.
- Ursa Major and Ursa Minor! - summed up the North Star, - in my opinion, it sounds great. The tale of the North Star and Ursa Minor is a good name for a new interesting story.
“Polar Star, maybe you’ll fantasize about your adventures later, and now let’s finish what we started?” Mizar interrupted her thoughts.
- Yes, sure! You need to draw a map to help people.
This is how individual constellations were formed in the starry sky, and for a long time people have been accustomed to orient themselves by them. Therefore, if you do not know something, do not forget to raise your head to the sky from time to time. Little bright beauties are always ready to help.

One day Luna was invited to a party. But there was not enough room for everyone to sit down, and she decided to get rid of her little companions. The moon opened the door of heaven, and the rooster and hen fell down. Brother and sister fell to the ground in the middle of a large village; stunned by the fall, they could not get up and lay as if dead. The people in the village thought that Zanahari had sent them, and began to pray to the unfamiliar beings, who remained silent and motionless.
In ancient times, the wife of the Heart of the Dawn, the lynx, was a woman of the ancient people, she was very beautiful. Her name was Gzo-Gnuying-Tara. The husband of Gzo-Gnuying-Tara hid their child under the leaves of the edible gtsuissi root - he knew that his wife would find him there. But first other animals and birds came there - hyenas, jackals, blue cranes and black crows - and they all pretended to be the mother of the child. But the Child of the Heart of Dawn only laughed at them, until at last his real mother appeared, and the child immediately recognized her. Then the offended jackal and hyena, in order to take revenge, decided to bewitch the mother and turn her into a lynx with the help of poisoned termite larvae.
The Milky Way rotates along with the stars, which move smoothly on their way. And when the Milky Way in its motion reaches the earth, it turns and the stars also turn and go back, because they see that the sun is returning, making its way. And the stars go, and behind them comes the dawn. And then the Milky Way lies silent. And the stars should also stand quietly around. And when their time comes, the stars again swim forward in their tracks. The stars always follow this path.
The woman went home very angry. On the way, she met the devil and told him what a misfortune had befallen her. “Listen to me, and everything will turn out for the best,” said the devil. - Smooth out wrinkles, do not frown, but rather turn around and return to God. Ask him for the keys that hang on a nail near the door. Then come with them to me, and I will teach you what to do.
They once rested by the lagoon. One of the sisters, the one named Nakari, caught an unprecedented fish of unprecedented size. This fish was pale, round and flat. And the sisters called this fish Moon-fish. The Moon-fish turned out to be heavy. Barely pulled her sisters out of the water.
Pripriggi lived on a long spit at the mouth of the Pine River. He was a singer and dancer. When the horns sounded in the dark and his brothers in the tribe painted themselves thickly with sacred clay, Pripriggi would sing a song and start a dance. And the songs the people sang were Priprigga's songs, and the dances they danced were also Pripriggi's. For this, people loved him, and he became strong, and proud, and happy from their respect.
Tanechka is a little girl who will soon have a birthday. But her mother is sick, she cannot arrange a holiday and give a cherished gift. The cat, the star and the hares help her fulfill her cherished desire, albeit not in the way the heroine originally wanted.
As soon as the messenger left, King Petar built an impregnable tower - such that two people could fit in it with a supply of food and drink for three years. When everything was ready, the king with his daughter entered the tower and walled up in it. Tsar Petar put his faithful servant on the throne and ordered him to reign and rule the country for three years, and when three years had passed, to disassemble the tower and set him and the princess free. If anyone wished to see him, Tsar Petar ordered to answer that he had left his kingdom and went to talk with Tsar Sun, to ask him why the winter day is shorter than the summer one, and besides, it is colder, why his subjects cannot work all year round. with the same zeal, but in winter they sit with their hands folded.
