7. Hang out with positive people
Take a look at your social circle. If you are surrounded by pessimistic personalities, people who are constantly preoccupied with something and always dissatisfied with life, then by communicating with them, you will become the same.
To change your life for the better, to make it easy and enjoyable, you will have to reconsider your social circle.
Surround yourself with positive and goal-oriented individuals. Look for them wherever you can: in the circle of mutual acquaintances, in the volunteer movement, in courses on managing your life, on Internet forums, etc.
Communicate with them and charge them with positive emotions. Surrounding yourself with people who know how to enjoy life, you will quickly master this, no doubt, an amazing quality.
You will not get out of the vicious circle if you continue to do what you do not like.
