Figure 2
For example, click on "Fakulta podnikohospodářská" and start filling in the next page. Here you need to select the type of training. In our case, select "Bakalářský" and click on "Vybrat typ studia".
Figure 3
You will see a list of specialties for which you can apply for an invitation.
Figure 4
We choose the specialty (training program) that we like, and click on the black arrow in the same line. From this moment begins filling in personal data.
Figure 5
We enter the first name, last name, contact e-mail, select gender, citizenship and rodné číslo (it can be found on the biometric card or on the visa). If you don’t have it yet, it’s okay, just enter the date of birth. It should look like the next picture.
Figure 6
Click "Založit e-přihlášku" and automatically go to the page with a new login and password. ATTENTION!!! These login and password must be written down, copied, photographed, whatever you want, but not lost! These login details will be used to find out the place and time of the exam, your score, etc.
Figure 7
We click on the “Poprvé přihlásit do evidence e-přihlášek” button, and a window pops up in front of us where we need to enter a new login (Jméno uživatele or Přihlašovací jméno) and password (Heslo). Now they can be copied from the background, but in the future you will not do without them. So again: copy your username and password to a safe place! Then press "Přihlásit se".
Figure 8
On the next page, you will need to add personal data so that the invitation is “fully completed”. Places where there are gaps with information, the system marks with exclamation marks. So, click on the arrow opposite "Osobní údaje" to get to this section.
Figure 9
You will see a page in which you need to fill in a lot of different data.
Figure 10
So let's add the following:
- Rodné příjmení - once again enter the last name (or maiden name)

Before filling in information about your school, you must check the box next to the phrase "Jiná střední škola", because. did you receive your secondary education in foreign school And it won't be on the suggested list.
In the column "Střední škola" we write the name of the school as in the translation of the certificate. “Stát SŠ” is the state in which your school is located, “Obor SŠ” is the bias or direction of the school (math, bio-chemistry, general, etc.). "Rok maturity" - the year of delivery of the state. exam (USE, UNT, etc.). "Maturita v ČR" - put "NE", because we did not receive our school certificate in the Czech Republic. Figure 12

Figure 13

Figure 15

Now it remains to add information about the spare curricula if, due to a large competition, you do not pass to the chosen specialty. To do this, go down the page and on the right side click on the arrow next to the first exclamation mark.
Figure 16
Here, in the "Alternativní typ přijímacího řízení" section, choose two additional specialties that you would like to study. After filling, click again on "Uložit zadané údaje". But the second exclamation mark shows that you have not yet paid for this invitation.
Figure 17

Figure 18
Some time after the payment, it is necessary to check whether the payment has been received in the information system. If everything is in order, then a green checkmark will appear in place of the last red exclamation mark.
