The average score according to the results of the Unified State Examination (GIA) upon admission to the Pedagogical College
The Blagoveshchensk College of Physical Education accepts documents until August 25. Moreover, in order to enter, it is not necessary to have a sports category - you can learn your chosen sport directly at an educational institution
About how to learn the profession of a physical education teacher and how to become a professional athlete, she told us and. about. director of the technical school Irina Gromoglazova.
Admission conditions
- Irina Grigorievna, who can enter your technical school?
At our college, we are now teaching full-time only. The guys who come after the 9th grade study for 3 years 10 months, they finish in one year general education program and begin to study special disciplines. Those who come to us after the 11th grade study for 2 years 10 months.
- What are the conditions for admission to your technical school? What exams are taken?
Entrance tests involve the possession of a chosen sport, in the direction of which the future student will study, the so-called specialization. If, for example, a student enters athletics, then he passes jumping, running, etc., if he enters basketball or volleyball, he passes the technique of possession of the ball. But this does not mean that those guys who know sports only at the level school curriculum who did not go in for professional sports before the technical school, will not be able to enter us. If boys or girls want to learn a sport, they can come to us to study without any preparation. By the end of education, they will be able to get a discharge.
Studying proccess
- What specializations are there in your college?
We open specializations, as they say, at the request of the market. Previously, we had such areas as athletics, sports games (volleyball, basketball, handball, football, table tennis). Students were engaged in freestyle wrestling, martial arts, boxing, weightlifting. Wushu, jiu-jitsu, aikido and sports dances were also taught. And in 2012 we opened new specializations. For example, we launched kickboxing at the request of the regional kickboxing federation. She needed coaches for training, so we opened this direction in order to prepare personnel for work. These guys are now in their third year. So, if there is a need for specialists, we open new specializations.
- When the guys become students, how does it go studying proccess? What subjects do they study?
The main subject is the methodology for teaching the techniques of all sports, such as gymnastics, athletics, sports games, etc. Without exception, all students of any faculty study each of them, because teachers and teachers of physical education must master the methodology of teaching any sport . We try to train each student so that he knows how to use the techniques correctly. In physical education classes at school, the teacher relies on the program. If it is necessary to show children the possession of the ball, for example in football or volleyball, he can easily do this. Sometimes our students come to schools and even train physical education teachers in various sports. And at all sporting events in the city, our students, as volunteers, participate in judging.
There are many training specializations in the technical school, for example, martial arts.
Scientific work and additional training
- How is it done scientific work students?
Under the new standards, our students will have to protect term papers. This year we had a whole event dedicated to the defense of projects in physical culture and sports. Participation was taken by students of the second and third courses, 18 people. We dedicated a whole day to this. Students presented work on organizing sports events and career guidance, on redesigning the technical school's premises for competitions, etc.
- Do the guys have additional training?
This is called "improving sportsmanship in the chosen sport." Actually entrance tests, on which the applicant passes possession of any kind of sport, is the first step to improving his skills. And during the entire training, students go to training according to the schedule, gain experience. This watch is included in teaching load. During this time, the guys achieve good results, many become candidates for the master of sports.
Practice and exams
- Do students practice at school?
The first practice is educational. Methodists introduce students to all the sports facilities of the city. It is designed for eight hours, in an introductory manner, students attend various sports events, visit sections. After the second year, the guys pass industrial practice in schools, teach physical education, get acquainted directly with the work. An agreement has been concluded with eight schools through the Ministry of Education. According to the new standards, there will now also be a third internship - pre-diploma, its students go to the place of distribution, where they are expected to work in the future. But in recent times we gradually begin to move to the fact that students themselves are looking for a place of practice. This is very inconvenient, because the employer does not know what kind of person will come to him, what kind of knowledge he has. Another thing - target direction when the student knows where he will continue to work, and the employer is confident in future staff.
How are the final exams going?
Students defend a diploma, as well as defend professional competencies. What it is? Starting from the first year, the student maintains a portfolio, where he collects all his diplomas from competitions, Thanksgiving letters. This is the participation and organization of sports events, refereeing. Portfolio protection takes place before the commission, which decides whether the graduate is ready for independent pedagogical activity or not. State exams are taken in two stages - theory and practice. In theory - questions on pedagogy, physiology, anatomy, hygiene, etc. In practice, a ticket is drawn, which indicates the method of teaching any element from various kinds sports. For example, the sprint training technique or the top straight serve technique. The final grade is the sum of the scores for the two exams.
Soviet students passed the TRP standards and then proudly wore the coveted badge on the lapels of their jackets. And what standards for physical education are passed today in universities? To find out, we went to class at the Belarusian State Technological University.
Save yourself more
There are several gyms here: in one, young men play volleyball, in another, girls have aerobics, and in the third, a group of exercise therapy is engaged. It can be seen that students do not lose steam in physics. At least before the session. After all, absenteeism, if there are a lot of them and without good reason, must be processed. Without passing the standards, they will not set a test, which means they will not be allowed to take exams.Students are engaged in physical education for four courses, says the head of the department of physical education and sports, doctor pedagogical sciences, Professor Nikolay Filippov:
- At first school year- athletics, with the onset of cold weather - team sports and aerobics in the hall, from the second semester - ski training. Then back to the gym - for basketball and aerobics, and from April - to the stadium. For the year it is necessary to fulfill the standards. The students passed the long and short distance running at the stadium in the fall. In December, guys do pull-ups on the bar, and girls do body raises from a prone position.
Girls are not afraid of the "press"
Classmate Yulia Tymchuk helps the future economist Olga Pekar to pass the standard for lifting the body from a supine position: she fixes her legs bent at the knees on the floor. For ten you need to do 65 times.- Time is not limited, - Olya notices, slightly catching her breath. - It's not hard for me, I trained for three years. Yes, I loved physical education at school. It is important for a girl at any age to keep herself in shape. And for a student good way take a break from stress: we have a hard study, and sport gives the brain a rest.
Diana Savelyeva works out her press together with Maria Matylevich. The girls are confident that they will do an excellent job. However, the ratings do not bother them:
- How many points you get for the standard is not so important, because they don’t give grades in physical education. And this does not affect the scholarship in any way, the main thing is to get a credit. Those who constantly train, go to classes, are not threatened with “tails” in physical fitness.
About the norms of the TRP, which Soviet students once passed, Diana and Maria did not hear. But Olga Pekar saw gold badges from her parents:
- They often remembered how cool and honorable it was to receive them, they showed everyone with pride. I think I would also be able to pass the old norms. At least I would love to try.
The army is ahead, so you have to be strong
On the high bar, Alexei Myakinko easily pulls himself up 20 times. 17 is enough to pass the standard perfectly, but the future process engineer has a sports passion - to do as much as possible:- In a healthy body healthy mind. If you practice from childhood, do not miss classes, the standards are not terrible. Pull-ups are my forte, my weakness is long distance running. But even this can be done better: in the spring I will start running along the embankment. Especially since the second semester of physical education in the fourth year is no longer there.
Stas Golubenko, a 4th-year student of the Faculty of Forestry, hangs on the crossbar and immediately admits that he is not pulling himself up very well. But for offset nine times enough:
Pull-ups are definitely not for me. I like volleyball, football, basketball more. I play for the faculty team. I think that physical standards should be treated philosophically, it turns out - well, it doesn’t work out - it’s okay. Technical skills in team sports are important for a student. In life and work, the ability to play in a team is useful. But the fact that physical education is needed at the university is undeniable. There is still an army ahead, so any of us need to be strong.
Physical education teacher Iosif Khadasevich has been teaching students for over 30 years. He notices that before the guys were stronger and passed the standards better:
“Everything just pulled up. Now they are doing well and excellently the standard of 60 percent. I don’t know what this is connected with. Perhaps food, ecology were different.
Professor Nikolai Filippov disagrees:
– I do not think that current students are weaker than their predecessors. It's more difficult to get a ten now than it used to be a gold badge. In the Soviet Union, in order to develop TRP standards, large-scale Scientific research, tested young people, watched how they perform certain exercises, and only then set the bar. Modern control standards for physical training students are tougher compared to the norms that were in effect in the Soviet era, and are not substantiated by anything. For example, for the top ten today, a girl needs to lift her torso 65 times, and for a gold TRP badge, 50 lifts were enough. The young man perfectly needs to pull himself up 17 times. This is a lot, therefore, no more than ten percent of students fulfill such a standard. The Soviet TRP norm was limited to 13 pull-ups for those who wanted to get a gold badge. For the silver guy, it was enough to pull himself up nine times. With running, jumping - the same thing. No one says that everyone should be excellent students, but the standards must be made adequate to the capabilities of young people.
