Preparatory year at the University of Southampton
Foundation Year
For students who need additional training in English and selected subjects for further study. Separate programs for engineering, natural sciences, humanities and business specialties. Requirements for applicants: a certificate with an average score of at least 4.5, knowledge of English at the IELTS level of 5.5.
Admission to the University of Southampton preparatory program is made through UCAS (United Kingdom admission committee). Duration of study - 1 academic year.
Bachelor's Degree Program
For admission to the undergraduate program, you must have high score certificate and successfully complete the one-year preparatory Course at the University of Southampton. Graduate Program
Graduates of Russian higher educational institutions with a bachelor's degree are admitted to standard postgraduate programs (Taught Programs) with a predominance of lectures and theoretical classes. Graduates of reputable Russian universities with a specialist diploma or a master's degree with a high GPA (4.5-5.0) can enter both standard postgraduate programs and programs that combine lectures with research work, after which, based on the results of scientific work, a degree is awarded MRes or MPhil. The duration of the programs is 12 months.
If, after receiving the MRes degree, the researcher continues scientific work within 2-3 years, then after its completion and defense of the dissertation, the degree of Doctor of Philosophy is awarded ( PhD).
For graduates with at least three years of managerial experience planning career growth, a program is offered MBA(Master of Business Administration - Master of Business Administration). Duration of training - 12 months.
For middle and senior managers with at least five years of work experience, there is special program Executive MBA, most often having a modular structure.
Documents required for admission to postgraduate programs:
