HOW TO READ COMPETITION LISTS
Competition, competition group- the direction of training, for which a certain amount is allocated budget places(reception plan, reception control digits).
Competitive lists, lists of applicants- these are the lists of applicants - candidates for enrollment, formed for each competition. The position of the candidate in the list is determined by the category of the applicant (applicants without entrance examinations, applicants under a quota with special rights, applicants under a quota with target areas entering the general competition) and the sum of their points.
To start working with competitive lists, you need to know the admission plan and the organization of the competition for budget places in a specific area of study - this information will be needed to understand where the border of the list of applicants accepted for budget places is, in other words, the border of the list of applicants-candidates for enrollment.
Competition lists are presented in two versions. The first is a complete competitive list, including all applicants admitted to participate in the competition (with originals and copies of educational documents). The second is an abbreviated competitive list, which includes only applicants with originals and statements of consent to enrollment.
Ranging lists, i.e. placement of applicants in the lists is made in descending order of points according to the following algorithm:
1) by the sum of points of entrance examinations and individual achievements,
2) in case of equality of the sum of points on the score of the first subject,
3) in case of equality of scores of the first subject by the score of the second subject,
4) in case of equality of scores of the second subject according to the score of the third subject,
5) in case of equality of points according to paragraphs 1-4, those with the mark "preferential enrollment" are placed above.
Passing score- This minimum amount points scored by USE results or at entrance examinations held by the university on its own, giving the right to enrollment in the case of providing original documents on education and statements of consent to enrollment. The passing score is determined by the sum of the scores of the last applicant, whose number is less than or equal to the number of budget places ( "green Zone" list). During the exchange of copies of documents on education for originals, the value passing score may change; usually in the direction of increase, tk. originals are brought by applicants with a higher total score, ousting applicants with lower scores from the "green zone".
blue Applicants considered as candidates for enrollment at the 2nd (next) stage are highlighted in color in the lists. Gray enrolled applicants are highlighted in color in the lists. yellow Applicants who have signed an agreement are highlighted in color in the lists.
When working with competitive lists, the procedure is as follows:
1. Find yourself in the full competitive list (by copies and originals).
2. If your number in the list is less than or equal to the admission plan, then you are in the number of budget places, and for enrollment you must submit the original document on education and a statement of consent to enrollment until 18:00 on August 1.
3. If you are not included in the number of budget places, but there are applicants in the competitive list who did not submit the original documents of education, and their number allows you to enter the "green zone" (among the budget places) if they do not provide the originals, you must submit an application for consent to enrollment and the original document of education and wait for the enrollment process. You have a chance to get to budget places.
4. If you do not fall into the number of budget places, and your serial number does not give a chance to get into budget places, submit an application for consent to enrollment and the original document on education and conclude a contract for paid training.
5. If you have submitted several applications for participation in competitions for different areas of training, look for yourself in the relevant competitive lists. And choose the one in which you have the best position - either you are in the "green zone", or high enough to the border of budget places. And submit the original certificate of education.
6. At the same time, it should be remembered that at the first stage of enrollment, according to the Admission Rules (reception of original documents and statements of consent to enrollment before August 1), 80% of the total number of budget places remaining after enrollment of applicants with special rights will be filled, and targets on 29 July. If you are located in the competition that is relevant to you within 100% of the specified budget places, but go beyond 80%, then at the first stage of enrollment you do not fall into the order, but you have the opportunity to participate in the competition for the remaining 20% of budget places in the second stage of enrollment (reception of applications for consent to enrollment and originals until 18:00 on August 6).
4. Why up to 27? Since July 26 is the last day for submitting documents for full-time and part-time forms of education for a budgetary condition (if you enter only on the basis of the results of the Unified State Examination)
As you can see, in the summary of the submission of documents, all applicants are lined up by the date of submission of documents (and somewhere by last name), so it is difficult to immediately assess your place.
Therefore, if you bring documents on the first day or on the last, nothing will change, because there will be no more dates in the ranked list of submission dates!
Let's give them surnames: Falomkina, Pokrovskaya and Malinskaya.
All of them applied on the same day
ranked list
Notes:
1. In the first column, you can now see your real position in the ranking.
2. To assess your chances of admission, first you need to know the number of budget places.
I recommend that you see how many places are allocated for the general competition. We will start from this figure. (But if the places that were intended for benefits / targeted recipients, etc., received less people than the places were allocated, then they go to the general competition)
Enrollment in the university takes place in 2 stages:
1. Filling 80% of the places
80% include those applicants who provided the original and a statement of consent to enrollment first on the list.
Those. if we take our list, then let's calculate who was included in these 80%.
First you need to understand what number to count 80%. This percentage is determined from the number of places in the general competition.
Let's say that we have 10 of them. Then 8 people will be enrolled in the first wave (80% of 10).
Let's get back to our girls.
Malinskaya decided to give the original certificate and a statement of consent to enrollment, since she passes anyway (she is the sixth of eight vacancies).
Falomkina still doubts and brings nothing. She has another university in mind.
And Pokrovskaya decided to try her luck and give the original and a statement of consent to enrollment.
We remind you that the deadline for submitting the original certificate and the statement of consent to enrollment is as follows:
Thus, we mark the first 8 people on the list with the original certificate and a statement of consent to enrollment.
In our case, these are people numbered 2, 3, 6, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15.
But, if, for example, a person at number 8 writes a statement of consent to enrollment, then number 15 will not fall into the first wave.
Therefore, every day track your place in the ranking, because these lists are updated by universities every day.
Order of admission
In the enrollment order itself, only those who provided a certificate and a statement of consent to enrollment will be registered.
Thus, in the first wave, the passing score for the sociology of full-time budgetary education was 176.
Here we see that our Malinskaya passed easily. But Pokrovskaya, despite the fact that she has fewer points than Falomkina, entered.
Let us now trace the second stage.
Those who were enrolled in the first are eliminated from the competition.
Please note that we only have 2 vacancies left.
Falomkina, knowing that in the first wave the passing score was less than hers, she also decided to give the original and a statement of consent to enrollment.
Dulepin also brought a statement of consent to enrollment. He originally wrote it for another area of training (and did not pass there), but took advantage of his right to rewrite it.
Enrollment order for the second stage.
Thus, the passing score for the second stage was higher than for the first.
Results
So let's sum it up.
Let's check how the system of receipt has been deposited in your head.
We submit documents for full-time and (or) part-time forms from June 20 to July 26. It makes no sense to run necessarily 20, because in the final ranking everyone will be ranked by USE scores.
For example, 100 people will be enrolled in the first stage, and you are the 79th, then you can safely carry the documents.
Or, as in our example, Malinska was 6th out of 8 possible places.
For enrollment, it is enough to bring a certificate and a statement of consent to enrollment.
Deadlines for the submission of a certificate and a statement of consent to enrollment:
You can increase your chances of admission by using the following techniques:
It often happens that a university organizes several profiles (programs) of study in one direction. If they all fit your USE exams, then you are eligible to apply for ALL of these profiles. In this case, you will use up only one attempt out of three.
For example, 03/44/05 Teacher Education(with two training profiles)
Possible profiles:
Technology + economics
Primary education + foreign language
Primary education + computer science
Preschool education + foreign language
Pre-school education + primary education
Social studies + economics
If you apply for all of these profiles, it will not count as multiple attempts.
Plus, it is possible that these profiles have training in various forms (full-time, part-time, part-time, part-time using remote forms learning). All these are different competition groups. If possible, apply again for everything
