RULES OF ADMISSION FOR THE FIRST COURSE
Ryazan School of Airborne Troops
The school prepares command personnel with higher military special education in two specialties:
"Personnel Management", commander of an airborne platoon of the Airborne Troops, qualified as a manager.
"Translation and translation studies", commander of the reconnaissance platoon of parachute units Airborne Troops, with the qualification - linguist-translator.
As candidates for enrollment in the school, cadets may be considered male citizens of the Russian Federation who have a secondary (complete) general or secondary vocational education, from among:
- citizens who have not been military service, - aged 16 to 22 years (at the time of admission);
- citizens who have completed military service and conscripted military personnel - until they reach the age of 24;
- servicemen undergoing military service under a contract (except for officers), after the expiration of half of the term of military service specified in the first contract, until they reach the age of 24 years.
Citizens who have been convicted and sentenced, who are under investigation, or whose preliminary investigation or criminal case has been brought to court, cannot be considered candidates for enrollment in a school;
citizens who have an unexpunged or outstanding conviction for committing a crime, as well as serving a sentence of imprisonment.

Military personnel who wish to enroll in a school, before April 1 of the year of admission, submit a report to the commander of the military unit on command, which indicates: military rank, last name, first name, patronymic, position held, date, month and year of birth, education, name military educational institution and the specialty in which they wish to study. Lists of pre-selected candidates from among the military, approved by the first deputy commanders of the formations, and the documents listed above, the commanders of military units are sent to the school by May 15 of the year of admission. Citizens who have passed and have not completed military service, who have expressed a desire to enter the school, submit applications to the military commissariat of the district at the place of residence until April 20 of the year of admission. The application shall indicate: surname, name and patronymic, date, month and year of birth, address of the candidate's place of residence, name of the military educational institution and the specialty in which he wishes to study. Attached to the application: a copy of the birth certificate and a photocopy of the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, an autobiography, a reference from the place of work or study, a copy of the document on secondary education (students submit a certificate of current academic performance; persons who have completed the first and subsequent courses educational institutions professional higher education, submit a copy of the academic certificate), three photographs (without a headdress, 4.5x6 cm in size), as well as documents confirming the out-of-competition or preferential right when enrolling in the school.
These documents, as well as medical examination cards and professional psychological selection cards for candidates, are sent by the military commissars of the districts to the school until May 20 of the year of admission.
Graduates of Suvorov military schools, before May 15 of the year preceding the year of graduation from the school, submit to the head of the Suvorov military school an application indicating: last name, first name, patronymic, date, month and year of birth, name of the military educational institution and the specialty in which they wish to study.
Personal files for candidates - graduates of the Suvorov military schools are drawn up as for citizens who have passed and have not completed military service, and are sent by the heads of the Suvorov military schools to the school until May 20 of the year these candidates graduate from their schools.

- orphans and children left without parental care;
- citizens under the age of 20 who have only one parent - a disabled person of the 1st group, if the average per capita income of the family is below the subsistence level established in the corresponding subject of the Russian Federation;
- citizens dismissed from military service and entering universities on the recommendations of commanders of military units;
- combatants;
- citizens who, in accordance with the Law of the RSFSR of May 15, 1991 No. 1244-1 "On social protection of citizens exposed to radiation as a result of the catastrophe at Chernobyl nuclear power plant"The right of out-of-competition admission to institutions of professional higher education was granted.

Candidates are provided with free travel, accommodation and meals. Citizens who have passed and have not passed military service receive travel documents at the military registration and enlistment offices at the place of residence, military personnel - at the headquarters of the unit. Candidates arrive at the school by rail to the Rybnoe station of Moscow railway, then transport school or bus to locality"Kuzminskoe", ferry crossing. According to statistics, the competition among applicants wishing to enter the Airborne Forces School is consistently high compared to other military educational institutions. Over the past 5 years, the competition has been 5-7 people per place.
The term of study at the school is 5 years. After the end of the 1st course and before the end of the 2nd course, the cadets enter into a contract for the time of study at the school and for five years of service after graduation. After the conclusion of the contract, the cadets in their rights and obligations are equated to the military personnel under the contract.
At the conclusion of the contract, they are paid two monthly salaries at a time. Salary with allowances for work with secret documents, for special conditions of service of cadets before the conclusion of the contract is 300-400 rubles, and those who have signed a contract, is 1500-2000 rubles per month. At the end of each quarter, a quarterly bonus is paid, and at the end of the calendar year, cadets for exemplary performance of military duty are paid a one-time monetary reward in the amount of up to three monthly salaries.
Cadets of the Airborne Forces School who have concluded a contract are credited with one month of calendar service for one and a half months at a reduced rate when they complete the jumping program. The jump program for cadets is 6 jumps per year. All personnel who complete the parachute jump program are paid a monthly allowance of 20% of their salary for the next year.
Cadets who graduate from college are issued a general diploma of higher education. After graduating from college, graduates are sent to the airborne troops to command positions. The military rank of "senior lieutenant" after five years of study at the school is assigned after one year of service as an officer.
Having entered the school of the Airborne Forces, each cadet becomes a member of a single airborne brotherhood for life, because in the Airborne Forces they say: "There are no former paratroopers."

Instruction

10. Cadets who have not completed military service sign a contract from the second year. Cadets who are passing and have completed military service conclude a contract from the moment of admission. In case of expulsion due to unwillingness to study, indiscipline or poor progress, the payment for the military component of training is reimbursed.
11. Regulations on official time - in accordance with the Charter of the Internal Service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The accommodation of military personnel is in barracks and kubrick-type dormitories, depending on the course of study.

- on the basis of the Federal Law of October 27, 2015 NR 293-FZ, the assessment of the level of general education of candidates from among the Crimeans entering higher education programs should be carried out at the choice of candidates based on the results of the unified state exam and (or) on the results of entrance examinations, ongoing military educational organization higher education of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation independently.
Candidates specified in paragraph 6 of these Guidelines, at their discretion, pass all general education entrance examinations conducted by the university independently, or pass one or more of these entrance examinations along with the presentation of the results of the Unified State Examination as the results of other general education entrance examinations.

- application for the chairman of the SEC of the Ryazan region;

- copy of the passport;
- certificate from the military unit on the service on conscription (under contract);
- a copy of the report with the permission visa of the commander of the military unit;

Without the results of the Unified State Examination, candidates who need to enter the Unified State Examination will not be considered for participation in the professional selection!
Applicants for the first year to study under specialist training programs have the right to submit an application for participation in the competition simultaneously in three areas of training.
When applying for admission to a higher educational institution, the applicant submits:
- original or photocopy of documents proving his identity, citizenship;
- original or photocopy of a state document on education;
- information about passing the exam.
The original documents are submitted before the beginning of the credentials committee. Candidates who have not submitted original documents are not allowed to the credentials committee.
DETERMINATION OF SUITABILITY ON THE STATE OF HEALTH
The determination of the suitability of candidates for admission for health reasons is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on the military medical examination, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 2013 No. 565, Instructions on the procedure for conducting a military medical examination and medical examination in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, approved by order of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation dated August 20, 2003 No. 200.
To successfully pass the medical commission at the school, you must have a citizen's medical examination card. The card must have the conclusion of the military medical commission, certified by a seal, and all the necessary test results.
Military personnel must additionally submit a medical book, which reflects the results of annual in-depth and control examinations, requests for medical help.
Military personnel and citizens who are in the reserve, having tattoos of a criminal, nationalist or anti-Russian orientation, as well as with profanity, are not allowed to enroll in the school.
ASSESSMENT OF THE LEVEL OF PHYSICAL FITNESS
Checking the level of physical fitness is carried out in accordance with the Manual on the physical training of military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and methodological recommendations Department of Physical Training of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for three exercises (minimum threshold):
for HPE:
- exercise number 4 - pull-ups on the crossbar (10 times);
- exercise No. 41 - 100 m run (13.9 s);
- exercise No. 46 - 3 km run (12.25 minutes);
Girls at HPE:
- exercise number 1 - flexion and extension of the arms in the lying position (12 times);
- exercise No. 41 - 100 m run (17.2 s);
- exercise No. 45 - 1 km run (4.27 min.);
- exercise No. 57 - swimming 100 m (3.53 min) (Subject to conditions).
on SPO:
- exercise number 4 - pull-ups on the crossbar (8 times);
- exercise No. 41 - 100 m run (14.4 s);
- exercise No. 46 - 3 km run (14.00 min);
- exercise number 57 - swimming 100 m (2.24 min).
One attempt is given to perform the physical exercise. Testing the physical fitness of candidates is carried out in sportswear.
The results of the physical fitness of candidates are entered in the competitive lists along with the results of passing the exam. For enrollment, a table is used to transfer the amount of points scored in physical training to a 100-point scale.
Determining the category of professional suitability in the Armed Forces is one of the main types of professional selection and is a set of measures aimed at achieving high-quality recruitment of military posts.
The main stage of work on professional psychological selection is carried out after the arrival of candidates at the school.
When testing, the main components are examined:
- Intelligent Features
- Personal qualities
- Degree of military-professional motivation
- The study of individual professionally important qualities
- Checking the level of knowledge in general subjects
- Completed forms are being processed electronically and are the source material for conducting interviews and identifying the motives for admission. During a conversation with a candidate, it is established:
- what attracted him to the profession of an officer;
- how he prepared himself for it;
- what idea does he have about the conditions and procedure for studying at the school, what does he know about the service and activities of the graduates of the school.
Supervision by commanders is carried out during the entire time the candidates stay in the unit. Observation is a purposeful fixation of the studied qualities of the candidate's personality and analysis of their manifestation. The results of the observation are summarized by the commanders and the subcommittee on professional selection are taken into account when making the final conclusion.
Individual achievements of candidates are taken into account when making a conclusion about the category of professional suitability of candidates in the framework of their socio-psychological study.
On the final stage works make final recommendations for each candidate, and a group of professional psychological selection formulates final conclusions.
Based on the results of professional psychological selection, one of the following conclusions is made on the professional suitability of the candidate for studying at the school:
- recommended in the first place - the first category of professional suitability;
- recommended - the second category of professional suitability;
- conditionally recommended - the third category of professional suitability;
- not recommended - the fourth category of professional suitability.
Professional psychological selection is one of the main exams for which you need to seriously prepare!
PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATIONS
Candidates who did not pass the professional selection, who did not appear for professional selection without a good reason, who refused to enter the school after the start of the professional selection, as well as candidates who were denied further professional selection due to indiscipline, drop out of the competition and are not enrolled in the school.
If there are vacancies in the 2nd year of the school study places citizens who have completed the first courses of educational institutions of higher professional education and are enrolled as cadets for training in the direction of training (specialty) in which they studied, have the right to transfer to the 2nd course, after passing the combined arms training and taking the Military oath by them, taking into account the transfer of academic disciplines.
Candidates who did not arrive at the appointed time at the place of professional selection at the school good reason, are allowed to participate in the professional selection only if they can pass the professional selection in accordance with its schedule.
Repeated professional selection events with the candidate are not allowed.
ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS, WORKING TIME REGULATIONS
Cadets who have not completed military service sign a contract from the second year. Cadets who are passing and have completed military service conclude a contract from the moment of admission. In case of expulsion due to unwillingness to study, indiscipline or poor progress, the payment for the military component of training is reimbursed.
Working time regulations - in accordance with the Charter of the internal service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The accommodation of military personnel is in barracks and kubrick-type dormitories, depending on the course of study.
Meals for personnel - three times a day, in one shift, in the cadet canteen by the in-line method, according to the standards of the Airborne Forces.
Personnel are provided with clothing in accordance with the standards for the supply of the Airborne Forces.
In Ryazan, the leadership of the famous landing school sums up the recruitment of first-year students. The highest competition was ... among girls - 8 people per place. Admission of applicants resumed this year after a five-year break. The previous course was trained as an officer airborne service. Those who enter this year will master the automation of airborne control systems.
Despite strict orders and standing at attention, these girls are still "in civilian life". They have tests ahead of them. After that, half will leave the Ryazan landing school. The rest have an oath and 5 years of cadet life.
People come here from all over the country. Applicants from Tambov, Ulyanovsk regions, from Belgorod and Voronezh. Marina - from the Rostov region. She didn't have a military background yet.
