Entering a university is quite simple, the main thing is a great desire to become a military man and defend your country.
History of the university
What is the Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School, when was it founded, who teaches there and what specialties can you get - these are the questions that concern potential applicants. The first cadets were recruited in Omsk, on the basis of the local combined arms school, in total at the time of opening there were 11 departments.
In 1992, the school was reoriented, and now it began to train officers military intelligence and In 2004, the university received a new name - the Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School, and retains it to this day, continuing to actively train students.
University students and their feedback
The Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School, reviews of which have spread throughout Russia, is the only military university in the country that trains military intelligence officers. For almost 50 years of history, the school has graduated more than 17 thousand students who took part in the hostilities that took place in South Ossetia, Afghanistan, Chechnya, participated in peacekeeping operations, etc.

Both areas are associated with personnel management, in this case the military. Thus, it is NVVKU that trains future officers who will be able to make decisions and organize the work of their subordinates even in the most difficult situations. In the period from 1967 to 2007, the school had five specialties, but now their number has been significantly reduced.
Some disciplines from closed specialties have become part of the current ones, but military sociology is now no longer in the university, and the subject is studied only within the framework of standard general professional disciplines. The decision to close this specialty was made due to low demand for it.
After graduation, a graduate can receive one of four specialties - “reconnaissance platoon commander”, “personnel management specialist (intelligence)”, “platoon commander”, “personnel management specialist (motorized rifle units)”. All these and on the "citizen".
