Scholarships are intended for first-year undergraduate or specialist students who study full-time for budgetary funds. Competition - for non-governmental organizations
Can participate in the competition non-profit non-governmental organizations that meet all of the following requirements:
1) the organization is registered no later than one year before the deadline for accepting applications for participation in the competition, and if the organization requests a grant in the amount of up to five hundred thousand rubles - no later than six months before the deadline for accepting applications for participation in the competition;
2) the organization carries out, in accordance with the charter, one or more types of activities corresponding to the areas specified in paragraph 4 of this provision;
3) the organization is not in the process of liquidation, no insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against it, the activity of the organization has not been suspended in the manner prescribed by law;
4) the organization has no arrears in taxes, fees and other obligatory payments to the budgets of the budget system Russian Federation, the due date for which has come in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (with the exception of amounts for which there is a court decision that has entered into legal force on recognizing the obligation of the organization to pay these amounts as fulfilled or which are recognized as uncollectible in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees).
