The research department (R&D) has its history as an independent structural unit in the university, performing the tasks of organizing scientific activity, starts from June 2000 (at that time - organizational, scientific and editorial and publishing department).In September 2012, the department was divided into two independent structural units: research department, editorial and publishing department.
